the xbox 360 is basically a console for those who just wanna play games

without caring about Pc settings, hardware stuff and such.

It has no exclusives someone would say. who cares? it's not like everyone buys a console to play exclusive games, when those represent a very small percentage of the whole library anyway.

the Ps3 doesn't have many exclusives either, I think people who really do care about exclusives go for the Wii.

Personally I bought an xbox 360 when I realized that my laptop couldn't play certain games.. I didn't wanna bother spending money to buy a computer.

Ps3 cost a lot of money back then, but now it's still too expensive in europe, imo. the Wii had just a few games I liked, so the obvious choice was to buy an xbox 360, regardless those of you who say it is stupid to buy one. Yeah, I wanna know why it is stupid to own an xbox 360.. ?

Actually and sadly it is more expensive for the user because to get the full enjoyment out of a 360 you have to pay for additional features such as online gaming. Even the Arcade is more expensive considering you will have to buy a hard drive.

PS3 comes with everything at one solid price, so that is the one on the budget. LOL

The 360 is just a games console with great online. If you want a console that's also a fantstic media/bluray player get the PS3. If you can afford it get both.

lol, X360 sucks. I have one I dont even use it. I also prefer PS3 exclusives. this year, what did 360 have, Halo ODST, L4D2, Halo Wars, just shooters and expansions. Forza 3 is the only good 360 exclusive to be released this year. where as, PS3, Uncharted 2 (yes I know its a shooter, but not a Halo/Gears type shooter), Ratchet, inFAMOUS, Demon's Soul, God of War Collection, PS3 has more variety in my opinion. also paying to play online sucks, no matter how you try to justify it. and for those who dont believe I have a 360, my psn/xbl: uHuRu85. xxThyLordxx

not to me really u have to pay just to play games in the first place not that much tho and now they have facebook,last fm which really have nothing to do with games

I agree with you.The 360 is a very good console for games and all the multiplat games""PS3&360"" look and play better on 360....(Fallout 3,AC2,Resident Evil 5,Batman AA).The 360 have some of the best exclusive games(Fable2,Gears,Forza 3,Halo 3,Kameo,Lost Odyssey,Blue Dragon,Ninja Blade),and the 360 can play over 300 games from the XBOX...(Ninja Gaiden Black,Doom 3,Panzer Dragoon Orta,Oddworld Stranger's Wrath,Otogi: Myth of Demons,Conker: Live & Reloaded)....and many more.

The XBOX 360 is a console that is worth to buy.8)

ALL 3 consoles are about playing the games. People should waitor look at what the console has that they like.

Look at the future games and what other abilities they want from their console.

For myself I never can decide that is why I get all three.

• The Wii for fun games, also I can play with my kid. and He likes to play with his firends. Also, has great games like Metroid, Zelda Mario Galaxie...
• PS3 I will get for HC and fun 1st/2nd party games:

• Xbox 360 I got for Multi plat games as I can get them from my friends and play for free. I am looking at a used Xbox 360 NOW for like $$50.00 can't go wrong with that, plus the free play. 8) :D

Alrite I'll tell you why the xbox sucks, the online is not free, it breaks all the damn, it scratches discs like no other so not only is the hardware a POS it's taking you good games with them (you should see my halo 3 CD, it has it's own ring in it), accessories are expensive, I need a HDD to go online and half the exclusives are on PC.

I am a PC gamer first and foremost and the 360 does not interest me in the slightest anymore, all the headache from that stupid system something console gaming isn't suppose to give you, just turned me off. I have had more hardware problems with my 360 than PC :| , now I went and bought another PS3 instead and I'm happy with that.
