The X game will never be on X platformTHREAD

Hallo

SO, how many times have we heard that X game will never come to PC? or PS4? etc? or when a fanboy wanted to place some cons against the rival platform and they used specifics games in an attempt to drive a point, only to go on radio silence once the game is announced for another platform (or in the case of Crapgamer, absolutely lose their minds! XD) its those kinds of moments that make life worth living (for me).

So basically what I thought was: wouldn't it be fun if we can archive these claims by users? that way when a game becomes announced for a specific platform we (those of mature mind) can look back and have a good laugh?

Rules:

Simply claim that a game will NEVER be released on a specific platform.

for example:

"Kingdom Hearts 3 will never be on Xbox ONE".

In this case I would add Kingdom Hearts 3 to Xbox ONE list and add the user name, and if another user makes the same claim I will simply add their names to the game and platform they claim. Once the game happens to come out on the Xbox ONE I will cross the game out. Simple.

Remember, this is all fun and games! I won't encourage a flame war here (but I won't report anybody either, unless you are clearly an ad bot of course, otherwise everyone is welcome)

And another thing: If you catch anybody making a claim outside of this thread feel free to quote them and bring them here ;)

Update: Lets limit the game count to 3 per claim please, otherwise updating will be a mess.

Also games by first party devs will be ignored (because obviously those will never be ported).

Now then, are there any games that gamers want me to add to the list? come on! don't be shy! if you are absolutely certain a specific game will never be available on a specific platform then surely you wouldn't have a problem stepping up? ;)

Star Citizen will never be on Xbox ONE or PS4 or Switch

Making a bold statement here, but Age of Empires 4 will only be on PC and Xbox, but never the PS4 or Switch.

MS unifying PC and Xbox as a major platform reassures future potential of PC games coming to the Xbox.

On FFVII, you talking about the remake I take it? FFVII has released on PC twice now I'm pretty sure, though apparently a shit port both times.

I'll have a little fun here but in reverse, because I'm not one of those people who cares if a game "does not come out on the platform I dont have".

I do care which game comes to the platform I do own, however , and just like every other Gen before it, this Gen I only own 1console (the XOne). So I'm a Street Fighter fan and I know that SF5 will never come on out on Xbox One. Even if I buy a PS4-Pro next year, I may not buy the game because I already invested in a 200$ arcade stick for the XOne, and that is the only way I play Street Fighter games....I'm not buying another stick because of that. So yeah, too bad that SF5 is "never coming to Xbox One" .

Also lol at having Star Citizen listed under the Switch, I dont even think the X or the Pro could handle that game lol

After the Doom previews a game that is know for being easy to run and very well optimised struggles on the Switch a lot, I just don't see RDR2 or anything more powerful coming to the Switch.

TC, your "X game will never come to PS4" list needs to be updated.

There are quite a few more games that people claimed would never come to PS4 then you have listed.

Off the top of my head I know Dead Rising 3 was said to never come to PS4...and it ended up getting the entire trilogy LOL. That the beginning of the generation xbox fans talked about it like it was the best thing ever being exclusive to xbox, now no one ever mentions it.

Also, you can ADD Bloodborne to the "X will never come to" lists for both PC and Xbox lol remember the begging and petitions from xbox and PC guys as they argued they would get Bloodborne because Dark Souls was a multiplat and Sony fans cracking up because they knew it was an in-house developed game? Yeah

If it never comes I'll be forced to get X1X since its the best console hardware around... Then again I might end up getting a Pro since it would give me a better visual experience with Last of Us 2. The X1X is kinda f***ing useless if you have a competent gaming PC.

Also why does everything come down to price in these forums while at the same time talking about 4K HDR?... Bit of a contradiction, either way everyone buys what they want. For me though nothing beats 60FPS... If a game was running at 30FPS on my PC and dipping to 15-20FPS?... I would set fire to it.

I never said anything about 4k hdr though, and price no matter how rich/poor you are is ALWAYS a factor.

Oh I've never actually played any of the PC versions lol. Yeah I've heard modded FFVII is the best FFVII. But I've only played it on PS1 and later replayed it on PS3.

Most modern PCs are competent for gaming, what matters is the graphics card, and that won't cost you as much as an Xbox ONE X.

Bloodborne is not only published by SONY... Its OWNED by it. Learn the difference. If it ever happens on PC, it wont be without Sony's permission

Oh, I'd forgotten about PS Now. I was thinking just in terms of a PC release of the game that you'll own. For that, I'll just say not coming to Xbox One and Switch.
