Most comparison videos only compare prologue footage from both versions , which is linear and not so demanding until you reach chapter 1 (in open area and heavy populated cities) . Then game looks like this on xbox 360 (In Vergen) .

@always_explicit: you should not try to convince people if you read closely i said infamous vs the witcher, but mister lostrib took everything literally and replied with the witcher released 7 years ago so i changed it to the witcher 3 vs infamous SS that is why i used for the record.

anyway i watched the witcher "sorry the witcher 3" in motion on youtube and yes it looks better than infamous SS.

Nice try by comparing newer games to 2007 PC game running at Lowest settings lol . Shame , how 2008 game is looking better than new console games , let alone last gen linear games like Uncharted .

Console peasants need to calm down and accept the reality, the ps4 is nothing more than a low-end hardware.

You need a high end PC rig to get those flawless Witcher 3 screenshots.
So technically, some PC gamers are going to get a downgrade visually and in FPS.. similar to downgrades from E3 Tech, CGI demos.
PS4 version is still playable and would be good to look at.

With console games, its all set and you dont have to tinker with the settings as much.
Uncharted 3 had wonderful graphics for that old hardware, and thats from the developers work.

Graphics will be getting better for PS4, PC and X1 no doubt due to developers making the most out of the hardware.

err, yes actually, good luck running infamous SS in 1440p with 16xMsaa on your Ps4,lol

This bf4 was 900p at high settings the 750 TI is 149$ and runs bf4 better than ps4.

Long story short next gen consoles are weak, x86 architecture is taking way the "console optimization" BS and pc hardware is so far ahead and constantly evolving.

Sorry but id rather wait till E3, see what games are out and build a powerfull pc with maxwell than buy a next gen trashbox.

@epic-gamerz If by majority you mean people who use macbook with intel gpus to play LOL, well they werent part of the consumer base that witcher 3 was aiming for anyways, let alone the consumer base who buys next gen games on pc. If ps4 is 30 fps 900p, then its not gonna be high settings, propably medium, at which point the majority would easilly get the same quality of graphics

If you had a proper PC you would have money to spend, and you would shake your head at the PS4 and X1 games so far. It's a sad state of affairs that platforms so expensive are almost one human generation behind in performance. Maybe my mother would have been impressed.

I still want it, but all these SS have Witcher 3 looking a lot like modded Skyrim. Then again, if it'll play decently on modern hardware modded skyrim level graphics are just fine with me.

CDPR aren't Ubisoft. Its not going to have performance issues.
