Gears Multiplayer was pretty sweet.

@Lulu_Lulu: It would have been had it not suffered so much from lag and host advantage. Some games were so one sided it was a joke. Probably ok in the states, but here in oz the quality of games really was a lucky dip.

So what type of game is it? Is it like an 1800's set, steampunk version of Dead Space? That's what it looks like from the screen shots.

Not so much a prediction as a hope....I want it to be this gens RE4. An amazing single player third person shooter thats eschews a great mix of fantasy, horror, and adventure.

Those photos got me excited in all the right places.

Now, let's just hope the AI is supremely adequate. Nothing ruins a game than having AI team mates who completely rely on you 24/7 without really inflicting damage on the opposing force and needing you to revive them over and over again.

I sincerely hope they're something like Elizabeth from Bioshock:Infinite where you find yourself getting thrown ammo and healthpacks etc while in battle. Doesn't HAVE to be the same, but it'd be nice to have something like that along the lines that doesn't make you dislike your team mates, but quite rely on them to move forward.

Probably the PS4's ryse. Will look great, but play like garbage.

Fog IN buildings is quite normal in games with high fidelity, it creates atmosphere and adds a new dimension to volumetric lighting and what have yous.

Seriously, if there was fog covering a whole background in an OUTDOOR situation - like Ryse, or the underground Helghan Container level in KZ:SF - then yes, you can go all apeshit and try to make a big deal out of it.

Truth is, volumetric fog in gaming has long existed in PC gaming; so let's not make yourself as bigger of a fool than you really aren't.

RAD better have a homerun of a demo to show. As much hype as this game is getting, nothing short of amazing will due.

You are a Cow, of course you do. Cows typically tend to have extreme, prematurely-hyperbolic opinions (usually based on absolutely nothing, no gameplay, a 30 second teaser, etc...) in regards to every Sony exclusive, without deviation. The Sony logo was all it took for this to be your opinion.

1920x800p is not the same as the 1600x900p Ryse had. It is more pixels and the mapping is 1:1 with no blurry upscaling.

Also why the heck are you talking about fog? London is known for having a LOT of fog and I don't think there is any fog in the buildings, but that seems to be the lemming damage control spin inFAMOUS Second Son and now The Order 1886.

Ready At Dawn has already state that their goal was to make cinematic masterpiece that would surpass Uncharted 2. So if you didn't like that game you probably won't like this one. I loved it and cinematic games in general so this is firmly entrenched in my Top 5 anticipated games of the year.

For me since Final Fantasy VII if you want to sarcastic. I love cutscenes and a good story in game. Of course that is isn't worth much without good gameplay which is why The Last Of Us is a game of the generation and Bioshock Infinite was a game that I basically had to force myself to finish ONLY because I wanted to see how the story ended.

Strong narrative and character driven experience, cinematic angle, god like graphics, cutting edge soft body physics, 1920 x 800 with 4XMSAA, yep sign me the **** up.

I love the art direction, and considering the performance, i'm expecting it to look fantastic!

I've noticed that too, it materialised on a certain russian blog as well, and people have just ran with it. Funny though, they think it's to mask low res or not yet loaded textures LOL. There's even gameplay of InFamous without the fog as well which is why it's never made sense to me.

1920 * 800 =/= 800p = 1536000 pixels IWTH 4X MSAA
