Sequel to the freeware Barkley: Shut Up And Jam - Gaiden, one of the greatest indie games ever made, Barkley 2 is the product of a successful Kickstarter. Barkley had an innovative b-ball based combat system, a kickass soundtrack, and probably the best in-game writing of its year. It was a simple RPG maker game and it was better than almost everything else that year.

We already know it's going to be a 10/10, but could it be 11/10?

Also, Barkley 1 is freeware that'll run on a toaster so there is no reason not to play it. It's genuinely fantastic.

The Order 1886 is a great litmus test for taste. Did you like it? You have bad taste. You're probably also a bad person, but that one isn't guaranteed.

Certainly isn't a 10/10 exclusive nor a exclusive GOTY contender. The drought continues for PC.

Lol that's it? No GOTY? What do consoles have to offer for RTS and MOBA gamers? Nothing. Do consoles have mod tools? Nothing. Do consoles run games on 60fps? A lot of them nope. Can they run games on 4K? Nope. Can I make games on consoles like I can on PC using Autodesk Maya and Unity/Unreal? Nope unless I have dough of cash to give to Sony/MS/Nintendo for dev kits and other licensing fees. Can I use keyboard and mouse to game on consoles? Nope I can't. But I can use controllers for PC. Can I use SSAO and MSAA on console games? Apparently, it's all up to the devs and not me unlike on PC where I get to control graphical settings. Why do I bother? Must be bored. lol

The games media, yes including Gamespot, is designed to appeal to naive teenagers. Their definition of a 'GOTY' is a game that gets a lot of money thrown at it. Sure, Uncharted and Halo look super polished, but they're shallow and casual.

A game like Dwarf Fortress has a million times more depth and fun in it than the kinds of games that get released on consoles. We get experimental, interesting games that simply can't exist on consoles.

Consoles are great for people who are casual gamers. You know, the ones who play Madden and Call of Duty. They're simple toys for people who like the most basic, simplistic games. And heck, PC gets most of those, too. But then we have the entire indie market.

Basically, what I'm saying, is that holy shit you should play Dwarf Fortress it's amazing.

You know that the highest scoring exclusive game on Metacritic this gen, so far, is a PC exclusive (at the moment) with a 97. Lets see how long it takes for the PS4 to get an exclusive with an average higher than 92.

So the best game from the same year as Boynetta 2 is Shodow of Mordor, which has the best version on PC, so to play the best games you need a PC.

Naw, I got too many world class console games to play, not to mention the over 400+ for current gen 8 leader PS4. :)

Nope you aren't. Got bored with SW. You need to try harder man. You ain't that interesting anymore. I know you love to be the puppet of Sony and your posts make me laugh but you need an overhaul for more entertainment. I don't need consoles. I play Company of Heroes 2 almost everyday and am awaiting for StarCraft 2 LoV. See the problem with consoles is its got nothing you can play everyday without getting bored. That's why I love RTS games. Endless variations of situations. That's why e-sports is mainly PC. Aside from fighting games, consoles don't have games you can play everyday for long periods of time. FPS multiplayer is best played with a keyboard and mouse and with superior graphics who would prefer to play Battlefield or the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront on consoles over PC if they have a gaming PC? Probably just you

I've been playing 100's of hours of Diablo 3 on PS4, so there goes that.

What just 100s? You disappoint me. Although I don't usually game for more than 3 hours a day I can play an RTS game for years because it doesn't get boring and the hours add up.

yea i have over 500hrs on CoH2, even though its not a super popular game, everyone I know who owns it has 300+ hours on it.

I've got more enjoyment out of that game which scored a 7.5 here than any PS3/PS4 exclusive (I own both btw)
