There's nothing wrong with motion. It's a great addition to games when it's done properly.

Sony has motion controls. They just work so poorly that most games don't even require you to use them. Look at a game that does require it - Lair, it works terribly.
I might actually pick up a 360 now, as long as FPSs will make use of the superior control scheme. Good riddance to dual analog. You were great in the early 90's and it's really impressive how long technology from the 70's and 80's can last in a technology driven industry, but you are so outdated now and it's way past time for you to go.

it would of been mamdatory if sony could have actually put any thought into it, and the devs could actually get anything decent out of the sixaxis

LOL. If the Playstation controller has 6 axis motion sensing (which has been an epic fail as most games failed to use it) since it's launch? talk about hypocrisy. :P
The new motion control for the 360 looks excellent. Also its only an option. So I don't really know how that is selling out.

Anytime a company or artist tries something different in hopes of achieving their primary goal At least as far as business is concerned, it's selling out. I can't wait to do the menus freehand and voice activate vids. Games I'll play with my controller I think.
