In comparison to what for console games? It was one of the top when it came out.
High resolutions are easy if they engine is built around the resolution. but more dynamic engines that scale with the hardware are harder to crack. This is why we are seeing the Xbox One and PS4 hit low resolutions for the more dynamic engines.
