sony says 3D is not good for hand helds

I can remember when the lemmings griped and complained about some of the stuff that comes out of sony's PR mouths. I used to think they were nuts and sony was the good guys, but this http://n4g.com/news/548325/sony-3d-is-not-good-for-handheldsarticle makes me think that sony are a bunch of fools. The 3Ds looks sweet in my opinion from what I've seen and nnow sony trash talks 3D, the very same thing they are trying to push the PS3 with. I'm starting to think sony are a bunch of idiots!

you know if sony sees n3ds big sucess later on and try to follow it like the wii, it'd just make sony the biggest hypocrite ever.

Actually, the comment was more about 3D without glasses is bad because it is not precise enough.

He implies that it would be better if they had glasses and did the 3D that way.

3DS impressions have all been positive, and none that I've read say that the 3DS has inferior 3D to those that require galsses...just PR BS.

well you cant blame them- its a company competition. not many companies will admit that their rivals' new product is good without stating faults they made. especially when these two companies are the onyl ones making handhelds (ds and psp). so ofc theyre gonna complain if theres a good idea, but either way its still an amazing idea.

Yea, I saw that video too. Glasses are just too impractical for handhelds, even, some would argue, for home console gaming/movies etc. Don't know if I'll be buying day one, though; I'll probably wait (it's gonna suck) for the 2nd or 3rd model.

thats what happen to sony after the time of the PS2 all the success went into their heads that they think there always superior even if it fails and im sure they will take Nintendo's idea call it innovation and call the original one gimmicky again.

Rumble has been and always will be the most pointless part of any controller. I have rumble set to off all the time. (perhaps because my 7.1 gives me all the rumble I need :P )

with that kind of fanboy logic it was nintendo who "stole" the whole 3d thing from sony since the ps3 is capabile of 3d images and they announced it long before nintendo announced the 3ds and you do know motion control has been around since before the wii right? heck even the ps eyetoy did what kinect can do and that was for the ps2, so whats all that fanboy jibber jabber about again?

hes saying that rumble in a controller is about as pointless as a mouse with force feedback, i disagree with that statement but i see what he is saying
