I don't think this poll is unfair. In fact, I think the poll is a bit skewed as there is no way in hell Sony should be getting this many votes.

Yet lems and cows are always best buds in Nintendo threads.

Nintendo isn't it obvious , they continously ensure the game is good minus one bump-wii music.

since the days of the nes nintendo does not rush their games , they take thier time , to ensure quality is given , the only i p i feel that was rushed was marioparty but that aint bad considering the fact their main games like zelda mario and metroid dk have always performed well in terms of quality mariokart was great all the time , and their ssb series hits it on the mark , very seldem does a nintendo game feel rushed ,

sony gets it every now and then but as you can tell there was many times where a game could have been better - motorstorm the first killzone their vita game called little deviants seriously what is up with that one , killzone liberation also was lacking , for the power of the psp liberation left a sour taste in my mouth aside from that -- i say their both good , compared to microsoft

if we were talking personal prefference...i'd go with sony right now.sony games have catered to my taste a lot more than nintendo has because im not too fond of platformers even when i was a kid.

now if i was to look at it without bias....nintendo for sure. They have 2 many iconic franchises that sell a lot. they also have the proven track record, and if we compiled an all time greatest game list on sw....nintendo could justify 15 of the top 20 spots with nintendo first party games

I prefer Sony's.

Nintendo has too many Kiddy/Rehashed games for my liking.

While I do not like Sony's first party I do like Nintendo's.

Sony has some first party games I like though.

I love them both, but I like the direction Sony has taken with the more adult themed games this gen, while still giving us R&C, Sly, and now PSASBR. I kinda feel like Nintendo leans on Mario and Zelda a bit too much and that those 2 games haven't changed much since they entered the 3D era. Yeah Galaxy was really different and a great game by all means (look at my score for it), but you are still fighting the exact same enemies, and killing them in the exact same manner that we have been doing since the NES. Games like Infamous, Uncharted, Warhawk, Starhawk, Killzone, and GoW have suited me better this gen.

Also why are we excluding the greatness of the MS first and second party? Games like Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Halo Series, Forza series, Kameo, Viva Pinata series, and Perfect Dark Zero shouldn't be overlooked so easily.

Nintendo, and it's not even a hard decision.

Personal taste? For me Nintendo. Quality? I would say Sony is right up there with Nintendo. Not quite at the big N level but close.

Overall, Nintendo's first party dominates Sony's.

I like both, why does everything on here have to be one or the other? Though I will say that this gen I have had a better time with Sony exclusives than Nintendo exclusives. This is mainly due to Uncharted which is one of my favorite games of all time.

But both are great though.

I like both Companies first party support that is the main reason I have every Nintendo and Sony home console.

If I had to choose between the two it would be Nintendo.

Sony is getting better about first party support but still isn't near the quality of Nintendo's First Party titles.

I love Sony but, i have to say that Nintendo will always have the best first party. They have survived this long in a uphill battle against Sony and Microsoft due to that strong first party software. I don't see Nintendo pulling a Sega any time soon either all due to there fan support and strong first party.

Well I grew up with Nintendo and because of that, I have to say Sony. I say Sony because I am bored with Nintendo's games. I am bored to death with Mario. I have yet to play a Zelda game that I liked and I own 5 for my Gamecube. Metroid isn't too bad, but that's just one series. Mario Kart is fun, but let's face it. If you have played one Mario Kart, you have played them all. Pokemon is the same way. Maybe if I hadn't grown up with Nintendo, I would think of their old IPs as fresh and new like today's kids do.AmazonTreeBoa
