No they're not, recent circumstances have caused their latest games to suck. FUSE: Because of focus groups, Insomniac had to scrap the entirety of Overstrike and redo most of the game in about 9 months. Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One: Was made by their crappy North Carolina studio with a focus entirely on 4 player co-op. R&C: FFA: Was a cheap downloadable game made in about a year to commentate the 10th anniversary of R&C. A Crack in Time and Tools of Destruction were both awesome. Hopefully Insomniac Burbank can go back to making full scale R&C games for PS4.

Considering Sunset Overdrive is just a CGI video with no game play or real details about what the game is, it's nothing. That said, I'm intrigued by the art style and defiantly am keeping an eye on it!
