http://computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=159995You again?! Are you still trying to throw around dammage control!? 1. The tilt in the controller works really well. 2. The L2/R2 triggers are the best trigger buttons on any controller. 3. Rumble is on the way, not that I missed it. 4. Broken Bluetooth? How? My controllers work perfectly. You fail at your pittiful dammage control scheme. You're good for a laugh though...

http://computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=159995Well, I'll throw in my 2 cents. 1. It is pretty gimmicky so far but it does work well if implemented correctly (Motorstorm). Besides, you could say the same about the Wii controller so far. Doesn't make the controller bad, just the implementation. 2. No problems with mine. 3. I need rumble as much as I need motion sensing this gen. I don't. 4. Again, mine works great.

http://computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=159995/agree sorta It isn't "crappy" by any stretch, just not my favorite of the three this round. The PS2 controller was my favorite last gen. The bluetooth going zonky for 2-3 seconds once in awhile is a pain, so is the battery life span (again I beg for swapable batteries). The lack or rumble is a downer too. Motion sensing is nice, but can be better implemented in games (blame the devs). It feels super comfy in my hands, and I really do like the L2 and R2 triggers vs what was on the PS2. The asymetrical design is great too, I like having the sticks opposite each other. The tops of the concave buttons feel nice, unlike the old Xbox duke controllers that had the round heads that kinda hurt when you pounded on them hard over and over. (spreads the area of contact out on the PS3 controllers). I like how it kind of feels like the SNES controller when you are using the D-Pad and face buttons. And the D-Pad is easily the best in the business. It can act like 4 face buttons on the left side of the controller for certain games. That just gives you 8 face buttons to easily work with, where as the 360 Dpad had some accuracy issues with hitting left or right when you hit down on it. The negative aspects just brought it down a few notches in my mind. Considering the extreme improvements that MS made between Xbox and 360 the PS3 just fell a bit short. Granted there wasn't a whole lot to improve, the improvements were just not done as good as they could have been. Should Sony manage to do a system update that fixes the bluetooth issues, then I might put the Sixaxis back at the top of my list. That is easily my biggest complaint about it.

1. Hardly any games use the crap motion control and the ones that do use it do a very poor job1. Improvements in utilization are coming. 2. You don't even own one. How would you know? The placement of the buttons are the same. 3. Rumble is coming. What will be your argument then? 4. No Bluetooth problems. Thanks for whining though. Fanboy, DISMISSED!
2. Horrible placement makes these button utterly useless
3. So you admit it is broken. Thank you
4. Bluetooth problems are everywhere, you are in the lucky small minority

http://computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=159995honestly I've never liked the PS controler. It was better than the origional Xbox controler but thats about it. the placement of the anolouge sticks just drives me nuts. and yes the new R2 L2 buttons do suck. no rumble sucks but it looks like imersion is forcing their hand whether they want to or not. (there was a second settlement that said sony has to licence immersions rumble now. I may have missread it but it looks like they are going to get it regardless.) and I havent played a game that used the motion control so I cant say anything about that. thats just my take on it.
