SE: FF15 news coming very soon ( E3? )

We may and again just may hear a release date news this E3 ( hopefully ) as Square Enix says they are working to announce something new regarding Final Fantasy 15 the next flagship Final Fantasy game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One saying the upcoming news will meet everyone's expectations.

Do we really need a thread announcing that news is coming soon? You might as well create a thread announcing that news of news is coming out soon regarding a possible article on said news.

Not interested in the least, Square enix has been dead to me for a long long time and its pretty much just a spectacle for me to stand around and kick the dead horse, Final Fantasy sells on the Final Fantasy name alone and that's a simple fact.

Feels like I've read this very same article over and over again for the past six or so years.

@finalstar2007: We'll see what this news is when they finally announce it. If the game is anything like FFXIII, I'll probably pass on it. SE hasn't made a decent FF game since FF10. FFXIV was so bad they had to pull it back and work on it for almost another year to finally get it right. I still refuse to pay $15 a month to play it.

the last good FF game was FF10....i was still in middle school when that game came out.....

this game will suck as well...

2014 release date, or they can shove it. I'm so fed up of their announcements years before release.

FFX really isn't much better than XIII. If anything XIII may be slightly better since it only has you running down hallways for the first 20 hours as oppose to X's 45 hours. XIII's sidequests aren't all aggressively horrible like X's either.

Lets hope it's a pc announcement. I'm not buying a console to play this, so unless It comes to pc or i get a ps4 down the line when they are cheaper, I wont be playing it.

Their next announcement needs to be a release date + a ton of gameplay info. No more announcing that news may be coming and asking us to be excited BS. Just shut up until you have something substantial to say.

Exactly, I want to see some real gameplay, shit I don't care if it's grinding at this point.

SE has always sucked at announcements and releaseing stuff. This isint anything new.

The game was announced back in 06. Stop hyping announcements of upcoming news.

Meh. Not exited to hear news that we're going to hear news, and I sincerely hope SE has learned a lesson in all of this to stop talking about games until they are at least in actual development.

That said, if it's a release date, I'll be pleased. A 2014 release date would make my day.

No argument here, but still this is ridiculous.

How the hell can you have a game in the pipeline for 8 years with little info, have it miss the platform it was originally targeted for, and then in turn continue to be shady to the poor suckers that still care about your long overdue game?

They just need to show their cards or shut it. We're way past the point where its cool to tease the fanbase along with niblets of info and promises of announcements. We crossed that line over 4 years ago. If anything, SE needs to be straight up with people and pray that they can get some hype going for this game again.

Yep. I don't care what it is, they just need to show us a ton of gameplay and various environments. Show us what this game is going to be. Don't tell me to be excited or to look forward to more info, show me why I should be excited and why the hell this game took so long to make.

Nope since im not head over heels over all FF games.I didint care for FFX and FF4 story and characters were interesting but gameplay got boring.I know how to move on to the next one since FF is ever changing and you can feel differently on certain entrys.If I dont like this one maybe ill like the next and so forth.Actually there are other jrpgs I like more then FF like persona.

Really?! lol. Hope the game delivers after all the waiting and hyping.

They should further the cause of recent Final Fantasy's in ridding the game of any semblance of control by getting rid of the frankly annoying buttons and menus and just playing the game for you. And single corridors? Levelling up? No. A room and a single mopy character chunnering to himself is all that will be needed.

They seriously have to turn this series around. By kicking out anyone and everyone remotely involved with XIII and it's followers and rolling it back to what people loved about the series.
