Of course it does.

@Juub1990: Cows will say "no way!!' But then tell you graphics aren't important if you bring up Scorpio and RDR2 and why would you settle for it on PS Pro LOL
Now give me the same gif without pants and underwear.
Tomb Raider is well known for using higher quality assests.
They both look phenomenal. I find arguing about which looks better to be pretty juvenile. Most games these days look great and there's not really room to be nit picky about such things in my book. You want to nit pick something, how about how polished games are when released? (Yes, both of these are very polished. Talking about games like Skyrim)

Nathan Drake never looked this good.
It also has a higher ratio of game to cinema.
This thread racked up an impressive number of frustrated knee jerk non arguments.
ROTTR looks great, but, come on, dude. Nothing on any console looks better than UC4. I think you've got some serious Lara goggles going on. Understandable, I suppose.
@kvally:
Why do cows have the need to get riled up? I mean DF or GS did state that UC4 is the best looking game on "console", and if I'm not mistaken, RotTR was out on the X1 by then. The only console version of RotTR that wasn't out by the time UC4 was rated was the PS4 or PSPro version, in which is yet another win for the cows.
Now if you're talking about the PC version, then you guys are typically beating a dead horse with this comparison. Of course UC4 doesn't stand up to RotTR with max settings on the PC, however what about the X1 version? How well does UC4 stand up to the X1 version of RotTR?
@Pray_to_me: dumbass, a cow started this thread lmao
Cows are raging out despite the topic being about this game on the ps4 PRO
cows don't read
@dakur: I'm closest to an hermit actually but still probably not that. Definitely not a lem seeing I haven't owned an Xbox in almost 5 years.
Pretty neutral to all that stuff. One day I can be PC, the other one I can lash out against Nintendo and the next I can laugh at the Xbox. Not a manticore either.
It really does.
My copy of UC4 is still unopened, but I finally saw a chunk of the game at my buddies house a couple of weeks back. Watched him play for about two hours. It's without a doubt one of the best looking games on consoles. ****, it probably is the best looking game on consoles. The talent at ND is off the charts.
But it really wasn't as impressive as what I expected. And compared to maxed out TR? It's almost consistently inferior. Like Pedro said, Uncharted has its standout moments. I saw a few scenes that looked like straight up wizardry, but TR is the better looking game on a moment to moment basis.

that's my take as well. Still, not sure what the point is of comparing a PS4 game to semi-new title in 4K Ultra on PC - that almost never ever ends well for the console. Seems to me the more relevant discussion is Pro UC4 vs Pro RotTR - then you can say "ok, hardware equal, one's a better flagship for graphics than the other" instead of trying to cross a TRvsUC dig and a PC vs PS4 dig in on conversation
Tomb Raider looks better and plays better. Less linear, more things to do and puzzles to solve. Uncharted = same old.
