So Reggie is officially leaving in April. April is 3.0 Smash Bros. update.
Reggie is confirmed DLC fighter for Smash Bros.
Didn’t Doug Bowers JUST move up in the company like 2 years ago? Or get hired? Weird replacement
Apparently he's the genius behind all the initial Switch marketing.
The reveal video is already legend.
Well then this makes sense. The Switch marketing campaign was fantastic. A complete turnaround from the WiiU missteps. Will miss Reggie though. He seemed like a genuine Nintendo fanboy. It's nice when a PR guy comes off like he's in his dream job.
I'm glad he left while Nintendo was on top.
Yeah he really loves Nintendo. But I'm sure his job made it so he had no personal life- 12-15 hour days. After 15 years I'm sure that gets old. Can't blame him at all and money isn't everything.
One of my coworkers used to work at Nintendo. She said that the traveling eventually got to her and that's why she left.
Nintendont will soon become a division of MS, managed by Mighty Phil, lose the "t" and finally becoming Ninten-Do. lolol :P
Wow. This kind of surprised me a bit. He was an ok guy and I probably will miss him. The fact that his replacement is named Doug Bowser though is quite funny.
Lol, look at what's happening in the background.

Reggie is a force to be recon with! I welcome in SSB Ultimate for his final stand! (Funny thing was, Sakurai was planning on adding on having them in Smash along with Miyamoto as playable characters)

Oh shit. Doug Bowser is already up to no good. What has been seen can't be unseen. :O
Sad to see him go. I wonder if he'll do a shoot interview on his time working for Nintendo anyway, all the best to him.
Got to hand it to Reggie. this big giant dude that was never afraid to be silly. He seemed like a dude that really had a dream job he would do for free.
Stay weird Nintendo, we love that about you!
