PSP games any good?

Hey all. I just got my hands on a secondhand PSP. I’m looking for some good games to start with. I know of FF Tactics being a good port and the GTA games. What would you guys suggest I get? I’m into all types of 2d games including platformers and shooters, rpgs, puzzle games, and racing games. Would like to stay far away from any first person games since it would suck without the analog sticks. Any help is appreciated!

Tactics Ogre. One of the best written game ever, also one of the best SRPG ever. Great game

@ajstyles: You're forgetting daxter, wipeout pulse, liberty city stories/vice city stories, siphon filter, naruto ultimate ninja fighting games, burnout legends/dominator, lumines. In fact, psp has many many great games even by today's handheld standards. Fav portable of all time, it's a shame the vita didn't get the love it deserved.

This 100%. How the hell did the Vita not live up to such a great first handheld by Sony?

Acid was something so different from other game experiences.

Daxter was great as well, in fact anything Ready at Dawn made.

@Bread_or_Decide: Word. I am part to blame, didn't get it for some reason. Maybe their marketing team failed? Hardware was not easy to port to from the current gen consoles?

GTA stories?

It has a lot of good games. It can play the PSOne classics from PSN that the PS3 could (although now you have to download them to another device and move them to the PSP over USB).

The PsP is a fantastic handheld. Any Socom game, God of War or GTA are must owns in my opinion. Burnout is great from what I remember as well, Daxter is good shit too. Honestly so many great titles on it.
