PS4 and PS5 2023

I have seen some asked "What is coming to PS5 in 2023?" Here is your answer.

I'm pretty sure every gamer here in SW already knows those games are coming to PS5. Not much to discuss really. In any case, I'm excited for what's to come in 2023 as my PC is ready to play them all.

Kinda interested in lords of the fallen. Crazy cuz the first one was the ultimate pos souls-like, but from what was shown of the sequel, it look very solid with great art direction/setting.

Xbox lineup is better than that. 😎

Too many multiplats, those aren't real games.

I'm interested in Hogwarts (not confident) and Alone in the Dark (not confident). I would rather scour the past for the missed gems, than put any hope in modern efforts actually entertaining me.

I'm seriously thinking in finally dropping Play Station for a good gaming rig (affordable at least, i mean maybe a 3060 ? ) , nothing against the brand, in fact i like my PS4, but is becoming harder to justify another console where most games will be on PC sooner or later ... so yeah, video is nice and all, but how many of those will remain exclusive ?

I don't know, i'm probably just getting tired of consoles.

Little are exclusives, hate to say it but Xbox was so much better this gen with games, at least for the first half come on we'll make a comeback like PS3 did, starting with RE4 Remake hopefully, otherwise Sony games will not win the gen this year.

... You know what? Let's consider that Playstation was always better when Xbox is terms of games, even with them buying Bethesda and Activition Blizzard, the loyal studios to Sony such as Naughty Dog are still making incredible games, for the Playstation.

Exclusives are what made the Playstation special, can you deny it? It wouldn't matter because i know that Playstation is always gonna stay in top.

@randy_lahey: No you are the one that is butthurt. Xbox lineup this year is great. Forza Motorsport, Red Fall, Starfield, Stalker 2, AOE 4, Replaced, and maybe Hellblade 2.

You might want to hold off until at least one of those games gets an actual release date.

Should be a good year. I am unreasonably excited for the lesser games like Tchia and the one w/ the biking. They seem like passion projects.

People here often complain about too few exciting titles being released in the future. Am I the only one who is having a hard time keeping up with all the recent releases and still have a huge back catalogue to explore? Currently, I am playing Greedfall, Red Dead Redemption 2, Far Cry 6, Back 4 Blood, Forza Horizon 5, Persona 4 Golden and Somerville for the first time. And there are at least 20 Gamepass titles on my want to play later list. On Black Friday I bought Watchdogs Legion and Assassin's Creed Valhalla at a great discount but haven't played them yet. So even if zero games are released in 2023 I will still have plenty to play.

There is more than enough for me to play on my PS5 without buying any more games so this year will be a good one on Sony's behemoth.

May get FF16 and hopefully Rebirth. Also got my eyes on Chained Echoes which I came across on You Tube the other day.

Umm, you're not playing Spiderman 2 or FF16 on your PC in 2023 regardless of if it's ready or not my guy.

You will be ready to sit and wait, possibly a few more years especially thinking about Spiderman 2.

Are NOT coming to Xbox.

Final Fantasy 16 is exclusive to PS5 for the duration of 2023 the only getting a PC port *sometime after.

Spiderman 2 won't be on PC for years if not the end of the entire generation. Insomniac's 2021 PS5 exclusive Ratchet n Clank Riftt Apart still isn't on PC nor does it even have an announcement and we're already in 2023.

PC and xbox fans make some really dumb posts full of delusion and wishful thinking when it comes to PS games they aren't getting on their platform of choice

@randy_lahey: I never said Hellblade wasn't cinematic, I just don't think it's as bad as a lot of PS games with non-interactive cutscenes. And the issue I have is that most PS 1st party games are these cinematic types, which is too many imo.

I don't see "cows" making silly, perceptually unaware statements about another platform's game line up like "Vast majority are multiplats, got it." when the entire line up of their own games are ALL multiplat.

That is actually xbox and the person who made such a foolish statement is indeed you.

I didn't even include Final Fantasy Remake Part 2 because it's almost certainly not coming out in 2023 when FF16 is also releasing even though It was announced for 2023. But not everyone has the luxury to REMOVE a game they don't think is coming out from a game list and still feel it's a good line up.

Another great year for Sony. Meanwhile, Xbox is drowning in drama, no release dates, nothing more than TBD, maybe it’ll come, maybe it won’t, and lemmings are hoping for some sort of crumb to stop the bleeding.
