Can remember the last time I DL'ed a GWG game. Forza 6 I think years ago.

Is Mortal Shell upgradable to the current gen version?

Been playing that on Game Pass and it looks really nice.

I will say Game Pass Ultimate. I get the GWG offerings, plus GP on Xbox offerings, plus GP on pc offerings.

Between these two, I would say PS+ though since the games are newer and I don't own them already with the exception of Lego DC Supervillians which I own on pc. I like that you get to keep the 360 games, but I have Orcs Must Die on pc and I don't really know about the other 360 game so I will try it. I have both X1 games on pc as well.

Downloaded Mortal Shell on Game Pass a couple of days ago and looking forward to playing some of it before Halo: Infinite hits on the 8th.

Oh damn, PS is actually pretty good. I'll DL Godawful and Mortal Shell for sheezy!

I'd say PS+ since Mortal Shell is a newer game released last year and Tropico 5 was already a PS+ free game 5 years ago in May of 2016.

It makes system wars SO boring when one side only has one argument for everything. Like we get it, Game Pass is a great value, but this isn't Value wars it's SYSTEM WARS!!!

I already got Tropico 5 and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, as well as Mortal Shell and Lego DC Villains, so neither have much more to offer me.

But Aliens Fireteam Elite is coming to Game Pass in a couple weeks, hopefully I can drag a couple friends into some co-op there.

My understanding is that it's just some battle(s) taken out of the end of the existing game and avoids spoilers. I personally enjoyed it, but I wasn't like OMG.

Lol, yea GamePass is alright but most games that go there are games that can be bought cheaply and you own it. Also, Halo Infinite multi-player is free to play!

Already purchased Mortal Shell as a Souls fanboy, but at least people get to try what is a decent game.

I like the combat and style of Godfall, but it's so light on content and the pacing of the singleplayer is just awful.

It's just fight, move to a different fight, move to a different fight.

Imagine GTA 3 on PS2 but instead of cool cutscenes and characters you get nothing. It's just: drive here, shoot stuff.

Godfall is the "challenger" edition where you start at max level and the game modes are gimped. Meh.... Xbox wins this month.

If you played Godfall, you'd know the campaign is a setup for the main game which is literally all of the content from the campaign plus dreamstones, the tower and lightbringer content. Than again, the Challenger Edition is better than the base game because it gives you access to the end game DLC which is far better than the main game. This will inject the end game with players and provide much better matchmaking in general because you won't have players ranging from levels 1-50 of which the last 15 levels or so is a grind.

If you wanted to play Godfall for the story, well I suppose you could youtube it, but it isn't really what the game is setup for. As someone who played Godfall at launch for PC, you aren't missing much by not playing the campaign. The lore/characters are pretty forgettable IMO.

Game Pass wins, recently finished the new gen version of Mortal Shell and quite enjoyed it.

Kinda weird seeing an incomplete version of Godfall and a old version of Mortal Shell being offered by Sony. Why so cheap.
