Depends on what look you are going for, if you are aiming for the brock lesner look then I guess being bigger is cool as long as you don't have a roll of belly hangging over...

personally I prefer the slim Brad Pitt cut body style for myself so I don't want the extra even tho I don't mind a little extra in the chest area.
