Pokemon is the #1 franchise in the world. The fact that God of War hit half its sales in the same amount of time is making me think GoW is much more relevant than I thought it was. Insane.

And it also outsells other multiplats so your excuse doesn't work. GOWR with a T rating wouldn't sell more than with an M rating.

Well, Pokemon is widely known franchise. Even my parents, who don't have any interest in any anime/manga related stuff know what Pokemon are. So, it's not really a shocker that it out sold Dad of Boy 2: The Walking.

Damn ... the damage control is in full motion on this thread, and don't get me wrong, i don't like that the game is buggy AF, especially since after what they already did on Switch, it's looking like a step back in quality.

But doesn't take away from the saltiness of this thread and that's quite funny.

If games sold on a scale with quality then the market would be very very different. Nothing new here, especially with Pokémon being the #1 franchise in the world.

And honestly, if Gamefreak fixed the technical issues Scarlet and Violet would be good games. If they overhauled the graphics to be on par with XC3, they would be great games.
