PLAY B3YOND or Jump In?

Here's what we get from Sony in Aus/Europe:

Both companies had better slogans last gen

XBOX Live- its good to play together

PS2- Live in your world, play in ours

Gamecube- WHo are you?

Those were cool

360- Jump in- Meh

PS3- Play Beyond- more meh

Wii- We would like to play- not interested

This is the 1 and only thing that was better last gen....slogans....oh and i guess Playstation was more productive last gen as well....

That logo is awesome. Beats the hell out of "its good to play together'.

More like Play Behind...(worser textures, fewer games)

As far as the Live in your world and play in ours I think that was just Everquest or did Sony steal the slogan for all their games when they bought EQ? I know EQ was using that before Sony bought EQ.

Agree with this big time, i forgot about that slogan but it's better then both jump in and play beyond.

I loved the N64 old slogan :P

Picking the "better" of two terrible choices is a pretty big waste of time.

Which one do you guys think is the better slogan? Im not gonna put a poll, because it will just be fanboys voting for their console of choice and im more curious as to you reasoning.

Personally, I like PLAY B3YOND more. Why? I like the "3" as a substitute for the letter "E". I like how it makes reference to the geek culture and I just like the font (Spiderman 3 font) on the black background. I looks sleek. Jump in...well, its not bad or anything, its just that it doesnt have much character :(

"PLAY B3YOND"

play b 3 yond what? even if you say it as play beyond what are you playing beyond ? i have yet to see a ps3 game what is beyond any thing that has been put out on other systems

"Jump In"

i think this is talking about the comunity and that the 360 has over the other consoles

"wii would like to play"

the wii would like to play with you

well at least 2 of these marketing hooks work

i personally like jump in its catchy and to the point

PLAY B3YOND sounds like there trying way to hard

Jump In just seems like right now and you'll play now.

While Play B3yond just seems like it hints the future and to just wait.
