I luv how this thread has 3300 posts and about 1000 of them are from trolls from the night of the review :P

That was sum fun gamespoting. The thread was really liveley and trolls were being a nuisance and I hadnt slept all day just waiting for that damn review...good times, good times :D

They did borrow it but didn't break it, we just had to always reset the video output, from av cable to hdmi to hdmi to av cable. But I got it back now and beat Resistance 2 and all I have to say is the ending is sudden, very sudden.

You should no better than to use GR on Gamespot. That does not matter nor does the real world give a crap what you think. Gears score went down over the first one.... Resistance went up and overall PS3 is having a better year than 360. PS3 pretty much has Game of the Year in the Bag.

What attempts I have seen of it are poor, it's irritating and it's embarising. Stoped being funny yestarday. its a little strange how cows seem to think they've taken some kind of moral high ground over the whole gears vs resistance thing.

a glance at the gears thread tells quite a different story though.

Can someone who has the game please, PLEASE tell me whether i can a splitscreen guest play competitive online with me or not. I've been asking for the last week but everyone just ignores my post. Someone please just try connecting a 2nd controller to the Ps3 and see if you can get splitscreen online?
