No it's a peripheral with poor sales. The Vita was a handheld that Sony choose to stop supporting because, you guessed it, poor sales. You think the PSVR is immune? So you think because it's outselling the other VR units Sony is going to ignore the poor sales? Hahaha you're an idiot if you actually believe that. What it does VS the Oculus or Vibe has nothing to do with whether or not Sony continues to support it down the line if the sales continue to be poor.
