I'm pretty positive they'll dominate the handheld world.

Ok, so we know Nintendo easily took 2010.

I'm unsure what their 2011 lineup is though.

There is no need to mention the lack of Wii announcements in this discussion about dominance, both sales and games wise.

The 3DS alone is going to trump anything on the 360, PS3, PC, PSP or even Wii.

You can't beat a release of a whole new console, but sony's lineup is definitely a distraction from that. Let's all remember that the main console battle is much more significant than the handheld wars

I agree. Every other system they launched had some sort of like.. Massive flaw (at launch atleast).. Like the n64 with the space restrictions.. GBC, GBA, No backlight... GC horrible launch list...the DS phat was... the DS phat.. And the Wii was .. the wii..lol.. The 3DS just has EVERYTHING going for it imo.

i believe psp2's price tag will determine its success

For me there's Zelda to look forward to on the Wii. I don't play handhelds, they hurt my eyes. The 3DS will have a strong lineup though. I kinda feel bad for the PSP across the world competing with DS and 3DS.

To dominate, you need to have more then hardware sales, you need more compelling software then the competition that year, and Nintendo hasnt had that for like a decade now. Im sorry, one Mario game does not a Nintendo domination for the year make.

Some of the games on that list are good AA - AAA games however

1. The Studio Ghibli game will flop since all it's hype comes from the fact that it's Studio Ghibli.
2. Motorstorm isn't a good game series.
3. Ratchet & Clank deserves as much hype as Sonic Colors both games are past their prime.
4. What makes you think Twisted Metal will be as good as you remember?
5. Socom is a Joke.

As for Yakuza I'm predicting a solid 7.5 from Gamespot.

fixed, the ps3 has 3 awesomes out of that list, and 1 is a port. While ni no kuni and the last guardian are a clear winnar

the wii has 3 awesomes aswell, but 1 is a hopefully awesome, while zelda is a super duper awesome winner :P

out of those lists both seem really good.

I love Nintendo, but I've learned my lesson with them the past decade, and that lesson is to never buy the first iteration of hardware for their handhelds...I'm just going to wait until they reveal their first or second redesign of 3DS.

Alos, where was it discussed that Kingdom Hearts 3DS was poised for release next year? Birth by Sleep Final Fix, Re:Coded, and the 3DS is too much Kingdom Hearts in a short amount of time.

But i do love the professor Layton series. aswell as their other games, like jeanne d'arc for the psp and their works on the DQ series.

im hoping its not a white knight chronicles flop type of game :P

i believe psp2's price tag will determine its success
