Nintendo financial report claims Fire Emblem Three Houses still coming this spring

What do you think, will I eat my words? So far Yoshi is the only new Switch exclusive coming for the first half of the year. @techhog89 says I am wrong and other games will get release date announcements for March - June.

You don't need to play Awakening to play other Fire Emblem games, they don't follow some timeline or plot.

I think its the more believable release. It did have gameplay when they showed it. I enjoyed awakening and echoes. The changes and just the way it looked on switch looking forward to it.

I know, I know. :P Just don't wanna have two different titles on the go at the same time like some Fire Emblem hussy. Probably end up getting the plots mixed up too lol.

Could always hold off until later in the year I guess.

I'm sick of these big armies in fire emblems what happened to the 1vs1 epic fights that you used to have like now its all these armies everywhere its stupid.

We know nothing on Fire Emblem Three Houses but one trailer since last E3....... I bet you never played Fire Emblem

@FireEmblem_Man: he hasn’t. Lol fire emblem has always been 1v1 in team situations so wtf? If he means like the background soldiers I think it’s cool and adds to the atmosphere

The animation in Three Houses reminds me of the animation used in the introduction of Book III in Fire Emblem Heroes. And it seems that we may have seen this anime style before as it was used in the Kid Icarus movie in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3DS.

Told ya. Date coming soon. I'll say it's this, Daemon, and a port coming in the Spring quarter. This is gonna be a packed year for Switch.

EDIT: Hm, looks like I was wrong about one thing: Daemon wasn't given a Spring window. That one might actually be Summer then.

I'm expecting a June release, or maybe late May at the earliest.

The lack of news surrounding this game is a bit worrysome. We knew more of even echoes at this point.

Maybe now tht they have advertised Smash, they can move on to actually marketing this game.

@Maroxad: I know and that’s why I don’t believe it’s coming out in the next few months.

If it IS though it could be a disaster. No marketing or press coverage at all could lead to bad sales and Nintendo trying to axe the franchise again.

Really love this franchise. I like every entry. Although I do miss the varied mission objectives and enemy recruitment from the GBA era. Im worried about the Three Houses release date, though. Its been very quiet
