New Infamous 2 screens, one word: WOW

Yeah, this stuff really effects people like myself, who play all their games at 300% magnification.

This would infact make sense if it wasn't so absurd ...

What a game looks like at 300% magnification effects how it loooks overall. You can see how jaggy his hat is normally, the magnification only highlights it for comparison.

The PS3 version is far lessaliased. If not washed out, bland and flat.

doubt those are in-game. why havent we seen gameplay then. it will look better than the first though and could possibly rival rdr graphics if those are an indication of what they are striving for.

i don't see in game meters. and these "if they are" bullshots don't match Uncharted 2.caseypayne69

I wouldn't expect it to anyway, given the much larger scale of the game.

That depends on what you mean by "what current gen games should look like." The larger the scale, the less likely a game will have amazing graphics. Aliasing and some glitches aside, I thought the first game looked pretty good. Red Dead Redemption is probably going to be the new standard of what can be accomplished visually and the kind of production value that can go into an open world game. Comparing this game to games in other genres doesn't really make much sense.

err like many will say. Bullshots. Does not look as good as Uncharted 2 either. Cant expect it to look as good either, it has a much larger scale.

Looks better than the 1st, but doesn't blow me away and not as good as people hype it to be(some textures need work people), but at least it's one of the best looking sandbox games this gen.
