But Dragon has a point though lol,[QUOTE="SPBoss"][QUOTE="taterfrickintot"] well if he was totally invincible gameslay wise, that would be totally lame.R3FURBISHED
When the Spartans did that (a fall from 'x' number of kilometers) in Fall of Reach they had lock their armor and boost their shields to maximum to have a chance at enduring the impact.
The thing here is that when your armor is locked you cannot move. When the shields are raised that much you have a difficult time walking -- I would imagine it would be like pooring vegetable oil on a hard wood floor then trying to walk and run on it, it doesn't work to well when you are being shot at.
So for combat the shields have to be turned down enough so the bottom of your feet are not protected except by a couple however much of metal.

i didnt even smirk at that comic. the humor was okay, but the characters were annoying looking. killed it for me.I don't know...admitted Samus is one tough cookie and a Varia suit is no slouch (it even has a built-in energy cannon that can double as a missile launcher). It may even be space-worthy (not sure--is it usable in vacuum?) But against a Spartan in a MJOLNIR Mk V suit? Let's just say highly arguable. They both get slaughtered by this babe.

Thats it though, you cannot just judge Nanosuit vs. MJOLNIR armor because only a SPARTAN can wear a MJOLNIR suit and there is no way a SEAL could defeat a SPARTAN. John-117 proved that he could best three senior ODST when he was only 14 years old. For those who do not know, ODST are the special forces special forces. Only the most spectacular spec forces troops can join the ranks of ODST.
[QUOTE="taterfrickintot"][QUOTE="iammason"]Well, Nanosuit has a bunch of powers already built in, where as in the latest Halo game, you have armor abilities to swap with.
Nanosuit:
-invisibility
-armor
-strength
-speed
MJOLNIR:
-jetpack
-speed
-hologram
-invisibility
-evade/roll
-armor lock
-bubble shield
I think Nanosuit has the edge in the end.
MJOLNER has the armor and strength on at all times though, so dont pretend that doesnt exist on MJOLNER. Wasn't tryingn to pretend anything, simply slipped my mind. The serious lack of knowledge is thread is concerning, I can't believe people actually believe the nanosuit is better then the MJOLNIR in combat. The games hardly touched the abilities of that armor...

n7 does have shield and good protection, but it doesnt offer the speed/stealth/streangth boosts of MJOLNER and the nantosuit. still some schweet looking armor though.

Nanosuit hands down. The suit is capable of many things that can turn the tide of battle. Master chiefs armor is just plain armor worn by the Spartans. No real abilities besides a shield that recharges. sirk1264that comment is so false its not even funny.

It´s only false because of Reach(maybe ODST as well? ),in all other Halo games it was only armor.
So by the time Crysis came out, that statement was true. :P

the books give so much more detail. MJOLNER armor increases speed, reflexes, and strength so much that when a normal marine tested it, he shatter every bone in his arm just by raising it. in other words, its so powerful that only genetically altered supersoldiers trained from childhood can wear it. and the characters in ODST didnt wear MJOLNER.that comment is so false its not even funny. its not like it can go invisble, get a jetpack, armour lock, bubble shield or survive a fall from outer space twice you know.....

He's probably a hermit who just played the crappy PC ports. Don´t know about Halo 2,but Halo CE was better on the PC,it had nothing crappy on it. Better framerate, nice AA,higher resolutions and especially the fact you could play it online unlike the console version wich is only local.Nanosuit, Master Chiefs armor doesn't change the gameplay in any way. SAGE_OF_FIREYou mean other than the shield, which essentially changed the way health systems are done in FPS games for the decade to follow the release of Halo 1?

True but it augments the user's tech/biotic abilities which would pwn all that ;)
The ME2 suit is customizable though ;) Plus It can disable electronics using emp so nanosuit and MJOLNER would be useless, n7 wins
 the only people who vote for halo are major fanboys

... It isn't Halo vs Crysis. it is the Nanosuit (21st century) vs MJOLNIR armor (25th century). While the Nanosuit is cooler in game, and has better gameplay. In a fight the SPARTAN in the MJOLNIRarmor would beat the guy in the Nanosuit.

The nanosuit, maybe, but the MJOLNIR has an electromagnetic shield. Pretty sure one of the things it's capable of deflecting is an EM pulse. After all, it can shrug off the ionization inevitable with atmospheric insertion.[QUOTE="SPBoss"][QUOTE="N7v1K0"]
