PS3....It just didn't live up to all the hype.  Maybe I should have read the (programming guide) book 1st.

I fail to see how Halo 2 is a controversial pick when Bungie itself is putting out press releases talking about all the things they screwed up in Halo 2.  :shock:

Yeah, KoToR II wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the first. I totally agree. Just couldn't get into the story...musicalmac

I found the story more enjoyable and the characters were much deeper as well. 

The only thing that was bad for it was it's unfinished graphics and because it was rushed.

Are you talking about this stuff, where Bungie's technical lead says that he cannot play Halo 2's multiplayer, because it falls so far short of what it could have been?

Not only does Bungie say absolutely nothing about the quality of Halo 2 relative to Halo 1, but it doesn't mean that they hated Halo 2, just that they felt it could have been better. The article I linked to explains a lot of that.

Some of us pay attention to the use of the English language.

The thread creator asked "what was the most disappointing sequel?", not "what was the worst sequel?".

That's a pretty huge difference of meaning, wouldn't you say?
