Well, Rare Replay is of course a Xbox One exclusive since that game isn't on Windows 10 sooo,,,,,

You can play all of those games on other systems. Can't play Star Fox 2 on anything but SNES classic.

I just downloaded it on my android phone, tablet and PC.

While officially a SNES Classic exclusive, SF2 has been available as a ROM for years.

I think no one really cares except cows. Why should an xbox owner be sad that those games are also on PC if he only games on the Xbox?

Meh. Xbox sharing games with Windows 10 doesn't bother me at all. I'm not at all interested in gaming on a PC and the Xbox platform is my main system of choice so any and all games that I want to play will be purchased for it regardless of its exclusivity status. The other two platforms, Nintendo's and Sony's, are where I get the games that I want to play but can't get on Xbox. The number of games that I purchase on the Xbox consoles far outweighs the overall number of games that I get on the other two systems combined.

Retail X1X/XBO in converted dev mode can run non-MS store SNES emulator via Universal Windows Platform (UWP).

X1X/XBO is a Windows 10 box without desktop GUI and without unrestricted Win32 support.

He's basically saying this game will be ripped the second someone gets a hold of this "console".

XBO's UWP NES/SNES/Genesis emulators are already floating in the internet and runs NES/SNES/Genesis ROMs from user's OneDrive storage.

Unlike MS, both Nintendo and Sony doesn't give easy access for amateur "game developers" to convert retail game consoles into dev kits. MS's retail XBO conversion into dev kit is like converting Adobe Reader into Adobe Professional version.
