hmmm, I wasn't really feelin the massive hype for some reason. MvC3 along with bulletstorm may have had something to do with it

The campaing beats the s*** out of BoreZone 2.

Not surprising to see all the haters rush to this head. I just beat Killzone 3 and the campaign was a lot of fun actually. It was even more fun when I did some sections of it CO-OP. The story isn't great, but it's an FPS and most FPS story's suck. I don't understand all of the bashing that was directed at the story of this game from all of the review publications. It's quite stupid, I really don't get it. Play the campaign all the way through and you'll see what I mean. It's disappointing that the sales are lower, especially the ton of improvemnts that were made. Even most of you haters would enjoy these changes and the campaign overall if you like FPS's in general.

The animations, sound design, crazy weapons, and fun of killing the various types of enemies along with the overall pacing made it enjoyable for me. I had more fun with this than KZ2.

I'm not stunned; KZ2 was a hyped-behemoth, KZ3 seems to just have come along (as I think a lot of people perceive it). That and the generally moderate reviews it has received adds up to this consequently, IMO.

And haters gone hate, but KZ2 was excellent. I am p'od that the tactician in KZ3 can't lay the spawn point anywhere like in KZ2, but instead has to pick and choose from what's been designated as a spawn area. And no other class can claim those areas. Bad call, GG.

i think a lot of fans who was disappointed with 2 just do not feel like taking the risk for

another possible disappointment. it is a fairly good game, a lot better than 2 imo.

it's just not as popular anymore after killzone 2. hardcore killzone fans will probably be happy though

since it's a definite step up from its predecessor imo.

I just finished the campaign today and I have to say, it was pretty good. I had alot of fun with it, and the multi is solid. Shame if these numbers are true since its really a great fps.

I honestly have to wonder how much the early reviews hurt the game sales. As much as we as gamers don't like to admit it reviews really can help or hurt a game. Now while the reviews werent necessarily bad or anything I think they came out WAY too early. Because the reviews came out around a month before a game much of the hype was lost betwwen the review and the launch. Sometimes reading a good review like a few days before launch day, or even on launch day can really influence people on wheather or not they choose to actually buy the game.

Check you sources first before putting article up. VGchartz is as accurate as trying to kill a fly with a heavy axe.

I'm not surprised at all. Most FPSs on consoles are just rentals for a lot of people like myself. When you can beat the SP portion in just a few hours and the MP portion gets old fast it would kind of be a waste not to rent it instead of paying $60 + tax and then trading it in shortly afterwards...

It's a terrible game with pretty graphics, what do you expect. Killzone has, and always will be a mediocre franchise. Glad to see people developing good taste.

My thoughts exactly. A much improved game over Killzone 2 and yet it gets tons of hate. Warzone is a blast. Co-op is awesome...But why is Natko not in the main campaign but shows up in co-op?

Yeah because a game is unplayable online unless it has 2 million simultaneous players, right? KZ2 still has players, so stop trolling. You obviously dont know what youre talking about.

Sounds an awful lot like another game thats been taking a lot of flak here.

People are going to bash kz3 for being an all graphics no substance game, and then the very same people are going to flock towards the crysis 2 hype. Typical.

Well the K3 campaign is the best out of the 3 games but the multiplayer in many ways is a joke. I have no idea what that "beta" was for but it sure as hell was not about balancing the game. The sentry and especially flying bots are so op that its silly. The maps are for the most part bad. Once more GG chooses to litter them with tight staircases...cause those made the K2 maps so much fun. Graphically the maps are way to busy, its a mess. Having to take your finger off of the analog that controls movement to heal is terrible. The matchmaking works a third of the time. Often it says world full, or just keeps connecting and never puts you in the game or when it finally does you are alone on a server. The worst spawning system ever acts as the cherry on top.
