Is there a game releasing between now and the end of the year that you're reeeeeally looking forward to?

For me, it's Skyrim VR, on the PSVR, which is coming on the 17th of next month. I've been looking forward to it since E3, when it was announced and subsequently became my #1 anticipated game for the year, right behind TEW2. Really though, in a way, I was looking forward to it even before I heard about it, as being inside of a huge open world RPG is all I've ever wanted. Well, I want other things, too, but that's a big one. Anyway, I know the PSVR is not, like, hugely popular on this forum (with some of you expressing your hatred quite eloquently, or not so much, which at any rate is totally fine by me--bring it on, as they say;)), so I don't expect many of you to share my enthusiasm. That being said, what game are you most looking forward to from here to the end of the year, SW?

I think those are my biggest pick-ups for the rest of 2017. Origins is barely on there, but it looks far more interesting than the bore that was Syndicate.

None. Super Mario Odyssey is probably my most anticipated, but I am not that hyped for it.

Not at the moment, game-wise, I'm not really paying a whole lot of attention to what's releasing, nor am I building any hype for that which is. Still, I plan on playing many of these games, I'm not outright ignoring them, just not hyping them for myself. If anything gets me excited it will be as I'm playing it.

Anyhow, only thing that will set me off is if when they finally announce which Xbox originals are coming to the Xbox One, if Panzer Dragoon Orta is on that list, I'd get pretty excited.

But right now, mostly just waiting for that Xbox One X to release, and for digital holiday sales.

It'll happen sooner or later, I'm sure. There are several PSVR space games, with EVE probably being the best, but yeah, none of them scratch that open exploration itch. I've been holding out for a No Man's Sky VR port, but who knows if that's ever going to happen.

Assassins Creed Origins, otherwise I'm good for the year. Next year I'll be looking forward to Darksiders 3!

Super Mario Odyssey and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 are the two biggest ones for me.

Have not bought a sonic game since generations and I already have the xbox one version of the game preordered.

Actually no, Evil Within 2 I'll mess around with at some point but nothing big for me on the horizon now that you mention it.

Not such a blow at the moment, Divinity 2 on PC and FFXII on PS4 both amazing and will probably keep me occupied for a very long time,

My number 1 is Mario Odyssey, I'm hyped for wolfenstein 2 and really excited to play evil within 2, problem is I won't have a whole lot of time to get into it and by the time my days off get here Mario Odyssey will be out, and that takes priority over everything

No. There are great games coming but not that i cant wait to play them.

Surprised more people are not talking about ELEX; looks like an awesome fantasy-sci-fi RPG from the makers of Gothic and Risen. Those games are real diamonds in the rough if you are patient with them, and I expect nothing less from ELEX.

Also looking forward to AC: Origin, simply because I've enjoyed just about every AC game to date, and I do love me some ancient Egypt.

Also, is Wolfenstein coming out this year? Then that, too.

Aw I looked it up and see that it is now set for early 2018 so I guess it shouldn't be in here. Still anyone who liked Advance Wars should check it out.

DL'ing Cuphead as we speak, and haven't got Forza Motorsport 7 yet, but I will have it before Nov 7 when my Scorp drops. 2017 is so goddamn good for gaming. My favorite year in electronic gaming so far since 1980- and that is a bold statement.

I was hoping for No Man's Sky or Elite Dangerous coming to PSVR. Doesn't really look like it. I wish they would scrap that whole "There can't be games for the PS4 Pro that aren't on the PS4!" idea. If they could develop VR games with only the Pro in mind those two would have been announced long ago.
