@Pedro: Why have multiple consoles if they all play the same games? Just look at the past; SNES vs Genesis, PS1 vs N64, Xbox vs PS2. There was a reason to buy/receive different consoles back then. Not only were the games different but there were different games for the same property (jurassic park), there were different interfaces, different controllers, different aesthetic, different feel, etc.
Now a lot of that still exists, but the lines of separation are so minor, it basically doesn't matter. I just miss the days when turning on a specific console was like stepping into a different world. Now it feels too standardized and soulless. I want the magic back.
Why do you want everything on one box... besides the obvious of only having to buy one? Why do people continually beg for less variety? We've already seen where that goes with all the marvel drivel.
