How bad is Horizon going to flop?

Lets be honest, deep down we all know that this game will be a disaster. Sony really should shitcan Guerrilla Games since they're one of the worst developers in the world and time after time they've created turd after turd

Looking at Horizon

-The gameplay is generic open world garbage

-The art style is atrocious, why is the main character white when her tribe isn't? Affirmative action anyone?

-People keep saying how they have guys from the Witcher but remember that abomination on the PS3 called Haze that had people who worked on Time Splitters and Goldeneye? Flop flop floppity flop

I predict a 6-8, 8 being very generous

I see it as an 8/10 game but going by GS standards that will be considered a "flop" if it doesnt score at least a 9... I will still enjoy the hell out of it though

Oh and I very much enjoy Killzone games. K2 has an 91 on meta and K3 an 84. How is that "turds"? Have you even played the games or are you just going by what idiots on forums say like the little sheep you are? I'm going for the later

I don't see how it could flop. Guerrilla Games hasn't let me down just yet with there Killzone games and from all the footage I saw from Zero Dawn, this game is a instant buy on my PS4. I also like Haze back on PS3, the whole Nectar thing was cool to me.

It's not going to flop. It's a Guerrilla game, so I don't see it being a revelation, in spite of how good it looks right now, but I still think it'll be a damn fine game, be a mid/top 80 on Metacritic and sell well enough to warrant a sequel. It's one of my most anticipated games for next year.

**** that noise. Guerilla have proven with KZ2,3, mercenary that they can make quality games. What is up with the hate for horizon from a few of you? It looks like a cool game, it isn't another FPS from a dev that made their name on FPS. I really look forward to this game.

@DaVillain it won't flop because it will not be hyped to the level it was gushed over at E3 2015 when the time comes.

Hopefully the game will be great, but the post is a massive flop.

@Legend002: I have tried Nier and it had potential but nah. This "sleeper hit" status some give it is missed on me. I don't think it's a 5/10 as it scored but no better than good 7/10 imo

We've started our weekly quota of PS4 hate threads early this week.

It won't flop. I don't expect it to be GOTY caliber, but I think it will be a solid mid 80s or so on Metacritic.

i don't think it'll really matter, as long as its another game to stack a PS4 exclusive deck then that's all that matters to cows. I personally would have liked to have seen Guerrilla make another Killzone game in an attempt to rectify Shadow Fall, make something more like we saw in KZ 2/3 on PS3 but newer and better.

How hard will it flop? Don't know but I'm sure it won't flop as hard commercially as Timed Raider did on xbone lol

These alt accounts make muh bawls ache. Anyway, Horizon is one of the few PS4 exclusives I'm extremely excited about. Everything I've seen on it, I like very much. The skeptical thing about it to me is Guerrilla Games. But, you can't be mad about that. Be glad that they aren't wasting their talent on yet another Clownzone at the moment.

There's really not enough known about the game to say how it will fair, however it does look pretty cool in concept and design.

Ill let you know after i buy it. Im gonna buy it with my eyes closed.

NieR Automaa is being developed by Platinum so we know the gameplay will be on point. Along with the crazy story from the original writers. I'm more hyped for NieR Automata than Horizon and FFXV. I'm buying all 3 though.

I think Guerrilla Cambridge is going to make the next Killzone. I heard they did a great job with Killzone Mercenary on Vita. Shadow Fall had some great ideas(I really liked the Owl and more open level design), but I think it suffered from being a launch game.

Honestly it looks more interesting then UC4.

This game is getting way too much attention for how far off it is and how little we've seen.

Not as bad as Halo 5.

I haven't been wowed by anything horizon is doing, but I'm an optimist... And theirs time to change my opinion. It definitely doesn't jump off the page for me. Seems kinda meh.

I agree, just because it looks good and it's exclusive, people act like it's going to be amazing.

I find it ironic 343 gets such a hard time, just because they don't live up to how Bungie used to be, which in itself is ironic seeing as how Bungie don't live up to how Bungie used to be. At the same time Guerilla Games has yet to prove themselves as even above average.

I enjoyed the KZ franchise greatly so the studio for me has been successful, when I eventually get a Ps4 this will be one of the reasons.
