He is also interested in SmartGlass, stating that using it and different devices to bring the hardcore gameplay to different kind of media is something he is really looking forward to.

Contarary to popular opinion he is all praise for the new Kinect and he may integrate it in Metal Gear Solid 5.

The Kinect itself brings a lot of different capabilities as well and I will like to see what I can do with the voice command, and the movement with the gestures and see what we can do with that, he said in an interview via Major Nelsons Xbox channel.

With as creative and crazy he is with this series I could see him, if anyone, come up with some actual good uses of the Kinect. Still does not mean they should have included the damn thing. He was doing this earlier. I think we can all agree he probably received some money to say these things.

Kojima is a tech whore, the fact that he's not saying anything good about a superior consoles, the ps4, just proves MS payed him to say good things about Xboned. Xbone will have smartglass to order mortar strikes *yay for a stealth game*, ps4 will have way better and true next gen visuals while running better, so enjoy your mortar strikes lolsilversix_

By all means, listen to what he has to say about gaming and his games in particular, but don't fall for the rest.

EXAMPLES just from last gen.

This is the guy that acted like the PS3 is significantly more powerful than the 360.  We saw how that turned out.

This is the guy that also made a big deal out of the sixaxis and the Wii remote and how he wanted to use both in brilliant ways.  Neither happened.

Just to take it a bit further back, this is the guy that thought he could build a convincing open world New York on the PS2 for MGS2... yeah.
