Gravity Rush 2 demo is out and it looks incredible

Holy cow. I played the original on Vita back in the day, and I also have the remaster of the original on PS4. But this is something else. Looks incredible and plays really well. SW, you need to download the demo if you haven't already. And if you did, maybe you should preorder it? Let me know your thoughts.

Got the 1st game on ps4, was kinda different but cool. Will get 2nd one sometime down the road, not day1 tho.

Downloading now, from the videos at least I'd say yeah it's pretty impressive. If what's shown looks worse in game then I'll stand corrected but if it's on the same level then I'd have to say you're just being a fanboy here.

It's no secret you worship xbox and praised lower level titles xbox like Ori and The Blind forest so unless something is terribly wrong in the demo then it'll be pretty clear that you're just being a hater because it's another high profile Sony exclusive and this is much much higher caliber than damn near everything xbox has produced graphically and artistically.

Maybe they are awful because you don't even have your hands on the controller. :P

Day one! Other than the occasional frame rate drops (PS4 Pro??). It was rather enjoyable. I like the Jupiter power when using stasis.

The performance is a bit all over the place. But I like it. Might buy it. On the other hand NIeR was a big disappointment, almost every aspect of the game felt off.

I followed Michael Damiani's advice and am playing through the remaster on PS4. I really like the game and decided to buy Gravity Rush 2 based on that. One of the bigger sleeper hits for me.

About the first game: The characters are so cool. I absolutely love how the protagonist is a girl but is encountering negative situations that are for some reason usually reserved for men in games and series. (Like being rejected or called not-so-pretty, that sort of stuff.) It instantly makes her a more likeable character and makes her feel more down to Earth than most video game characters even though everything else in the game isn't exactly going for that (so far, I'm close to the end). And I really like how the powers develop in the first game. It was a solid 7.5 game for me, which may not sound that high but I really enjoyed my time with it especially because it feels unique. Looking forward to this.

Still need to play the first, got a disc copy off Amazon a while back, they sell them exclusively if anybody is interested.

It looks really cool and stylish. I am going to play the first when I get a PS4 next year.

Its not impressive sorry if that hurts your feelings. I dont like the whole comic book panel layout for dialogue I think that is stupid. The gravity control a neat idea but it stops there it works and does what its supposed to do. Artistically its not ugly but its not knocking my socks off the way some of the people in this thread pretends like this is an amazing looking game. I played it and it didnt make me want to buy the full game to learn more.
