I think this next-gen HD console war is going to be percolating for a long time. I have my ear to the voice of the common man. The throngs of middle aged men who bought a PS2 to beat up hookers in GTA, play NASCAR, Cabela, and maybe Madden or some other sports games. They still consider the PS3 the next thing to get but are in no rush whatsoever to get one because when you say things like "graphics" they say "the graphics on the PS2 are amazing to me I remember Nintendo" They say stupid weird things like that. I don't have any doubt they will get a PS3 once the price gets in line with people's expectations on the cost. This one old dude bought a PS3 then told me he couldn't play MOTORSTORM because it gave him a headache. I'm rambling. I'll stop.
Gran Turismo , and by the time that comes out (maybe 2009) the ps3 will be much cheaper and expect the console to explode. God of War III will probably be out then as well as other big games.
