By the time the system is out, i would most likely be done with both games. I'm starving to play something right now. But what im most interested in is going back to God of War and beating the game with hopefully better graphics and 60fps on the ps5. If a 2018 title is the only thing worth playing on the ps5, i certainly will not be getting it day one, which would be a first since im always getting consoles on day one.

I mean, if you don't own a pc, there's a reason to buy em on day one even with shit launch lineup. Much better performance is big deal. No more garbage Jag cores and juicy sub 30fps in every game.

Yeah if they would re-release God of War in a version for PS5 with 4K/60 than I'd totally buy a PS5 version.

I'll also be buying the PS4 version of Ghost of Tsushima because I've been waiting years for that game, and I just want to play as a Samurai lol.

My brother will most likely end up buying TLOU 2, I'll try and borrow it from him, and save the money to get the PS5 version one day.

It cant be this bad. No 1st party AAA at launch? This would be the worst launch line up of any console since 3do, so I'm taking this info with a barrel of salt.

If Sony has nothing on Day One and Xbox launches with the same games + Halo than PS5 is DOA.

All those Sony IP's to wow your consumers at launch and so far not one AAA next gen exclusive to show from the Sony stable. Unless they surprise with something spectacular at the PS5 reveal event I will be sticking to PC and gamepass for a while. Even the 3DO and the Atari Jaguar had it's own brand new exclusives at launch. At least the SSD will load them multiplats a bit quicker eh. Just wow.

I don't think this is a complete list. The PS4 launched with Killzone and Knack, PS3 launched with Resistance and Ridge Racer 7, etc. I would be shocked if they didn't launch the system with a first party title.

@ghosts4ever: Since multiplats are like 99% of a console’s library, why are you confused at most launch games being multiplats? Were you expecting 20 exclusives or something?

they all play better on PC so why bother with console anyways? especially next gen consoles which will be far more expensive than a good gaming PC.

Facepalm... They haven't even revealed the launch lineup yet.

Come on you guys, did you all really expected a next-gen console to launch with any AAA exclusive games in mind? Besides Nintendo of course, Sony/MS launch games are a hit or a miss but since we're in this Pandemic, I don't expect AAA games to make it on time anyways. If you are one of those early adapters, just pick the game you think its worth playing or simply just wait until PS5 has something good to warrant a purchase.

I'm going to take a guess and say HZD2 will be announced this year but will be a cross gen game.

Nintendo learned their lesson after the Wii U. But even so, the Switch line up had Wii U ports lol.

The trend here being one throwaway game and one game worth playing... but not essential.

Glaringly absent are Sony's centerpiece exclusives. You know they are coming. I'd gently suggest this list will look much more interesting by the start of July after Sony has made some announcements.

That's what I was going to ask. If this was the whole issue or a single slice of it.

It doesn't look like this is a report on the June event. Some of these games might be in the reveal event but I don't expect Sony to do a highlight reel of these games like MS did.

hope your being sarcastic. there is no way a pc with the spec of the series x and ps5 be cheaper. high end ssd that has the speeds of at least the series x ssd alone is over 1,000.

ow no look up an ssd that can do 4gig per second and tell how far you get. its not the 1T ssd its the speed of it.

This is my main SSD. It does a sequential 5GB/s read and 4GB/s write. I paid $199 for it. It's only slightly more expensive right now for some reason.

Godfall could be a graphically impressive game, but I fear the gameplay will just be a repetitive loop.
