But if one is not going to be silly, I bet there isn't since the majority of gamers have W7 or W10. XP and Vista are also inferior OSs, whereas W7 is still better than W10 in some ways.

But it will run at 60fps (your definition of properly) on my X a machine that is hundreds (maybe thousands) cheaper than your PC lol.
