Just highlighted a few that caught my eye, It's just Sep and Oct here, damn!

...devs need to learn how to spread out their games.

This has to be one of the most competitive holiday lineup the entire generation if not THE most. It literally has everything, virtually every genre you can think of is represented.

So many amazing looking titles to choose from and the limited purchasing quota of the aveage gamer is going see many titles become cannibalized by hand full of big sellers releasing along the same time line.

My wallet just slapped me and walked out the door.

The price of nothing coming out in July and August.

I'm just glad both Spyro Reignited Trilogy & Code Vein left September so I won't have to multitasking while playing games like Marvel's Spider-Man & Shadow of the Tomb Raider. October it's Forza Horizon 4, Battlefield V, Soul Calibur 6 on PC/PS4, and that's it for September/October. Then in December, it's Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!

For September I'm interested in Dragon Quest XI, Spiderman, Destiny 2 Forsaken, Fifa 19, & curious to try out that Dying Light: Bad Blood.

For October I'm interested in Mega Man 11, Forza Horizon 4, Super Mario Party, Assassins Creed Odyssey, The World Ends with You Remix, Battlefield V, & I'm very hyped for Red Dead Redemption 2 so I'm on the fence if I want to play it on my Playstation Pro for the campaign and then wait for the PC version to double dip.

Even though these games interest me I doubt I'll buy them all. I'll definitely be waiting for reviews on some of these games and see what certain reviewers I follow say and form my decision from there.

That list is giving me anxiety.

I'm not buying one game listed

There’s a whole hell of a lot of games that I’d like to get there. The one positive is that by time I get around to being able to pick some of those up they’ll probably be on sale.

Yup, gaming is gonna take a severe backseat this coming holiday season. Doing some work on the condo and buying a new XBR 65-inch and GTX 2080. It's pretty much just gonna be Spider-Man and RDR2.

I look at that list and then look at my backlog... I won't be buying many of those game on release. I will buy them when they are cheaper as I have too many good games left to play.

I've already pre-ordered Spiderman..

I'm having trouble choosing among Fist of the North Star, Dragon Quest XI (almost a certain lock though), King of the Fighters Heroine's, Soul Caliber 6 and FashBack 25th Ann.

Yeah, I'm hoping to get discounts on everything I buy. I got Shadow of the Tomb Raider for $45 on GMG waiting for me, and I'm hoping I'll get around the same on Battlefield 5. These key sites are just amazing for saving money. Lol

I also picked up Insurgency Sandstorm for 23.99 thanks to Steam discount from owning the first one.

Thank god i get games half off by game sharing. my only day one is Red dead, BFV, and Forza Horizon 4. maybe Spiderman if i fail to control my hype.

I'm getting Fist of the North Star & King of the Fighters Heroine's next year cause I won't have time for those games. Soul Caliber 6 would be the solid choice cause I'm loving the new features and guess characters in the game more so.

Winter 2019 is looking great too RE2remake, Metro, Exodus and DMC5.

There's a lot of good stuff there for sure. Only certainties for possible day one for me are DQ11 and RDR2 and hopefully Call of Cthulhu will be as interesting as it looks in which case I'll pick that up too.

Potential must haves for the rest of the year: Tomb Raider, Spiderman, RDR2 and DS Switch. Maybe, just maybe BF5.

Considering an xbox one X for forza games alone. Just know how much of a jump it is from the S (S has HDR, just getting a res bump).

You could see some Black Friday sales for the Xbox one X for around $400 or less.

You have to know what you like and go from there.

July and August has already been insane enough for me, but Valkyria Chronicles 4, Mega Man 11, and Fist of the North Star are definite day 1 buys, with Spider-Man and Soul Calibur VI purchases probably happening during the holiday sales.

Yeah a few of those games look pretty good, but not buy-at-release good, especially when, as you said, one's backlog is so large.

I almost feel guilty buying any new games. Almost...

Wow, so many games to choose from. Most of them I'm going to play on a later date. I don't I'm going to buy a new game. Maybe, a couple of games from last year. I want to play games at the same but those open world and rpg games are long. So, I have to take it slow and one by one.

Definitely too many games I’m interested in but I think I’ll try to just get Spider-Man and hope it ties me over till Disgaea which I already bought and play that till every other game gets discounted.
