Its was Sir Richard Rose, I only defeated him in the acade and took like 15 dollars of coins to get threw the whole game.

Turtles in time was an amazingly fun game; but i had always been under the impression it was not very obscure.

I would have said earthbound, but it seems in the last few years more and more people are beginning to learn of its existance(maybe mainly due to smash bros) though i'm sure alot of those people still haven't played said masterpiece.

I've only played the Genesis version but dude, that game rocked! If I remember rightly it had loads of really poor quality digitized speech.  "Thank you, Wonderman!" XD

Pirates of Dark Water- I loved the cartoon to this game, and it's a shame the it got cancelled.:(

I used to be addicted to two very obscure SNES games. I'd be shocked if anyone else here has heard of them.

Turn & Burn: No Fly Zone - Very fun arcadey flight sim that had a surprising amount of intricateness. Still lots of fun today.

Operation: Europe - 1939-1945 - Path to Victory - Possibly the longest title for any SNES game ever, this was a very fun strategy game. Only problem is the opposition always took forever & a half to plan their moves.
