Considering most EA games suck, I'd pass and I'm sure the majority of the gaming community would pass as well. Flop it would.eastside49er

yeah i agree.  99% of cosplayers are fuggin' narsty.  but there's some cute ones.

on topic:  EA has made some good games and i am really looking forward to crysis.

Sometimes otherwise despicable things are called for. This is one of those times.

On-topic: I'm having enough trouble juggling the three already on the market, thanks. I don't want any major new competitiors.

Halo, GoW, Gears, FF, MGS4, Mass Effect, GTA, Assassin's Creed, UT3, BioShock, DMC, Tekken, Decent Racers, Oblivion and more >>> Sims, Battlefield, Madden, Fifa, NFS and Other Mediocre games.

2K would make the new NFL games and Madden would get put in it's place for leaving Microsonintendo.

You're comparing a group of 1st to 3rd party titles to a group of 1st party titles you realize that right?

If EA did make a console all of it's titles would go on it, the same way all of Nintendo's developed and published games go on their system. All third party titles would be up for grabs on any system. We'd be in a situation where to really be successful consoles would have to start having very strong 1st party games I believe. EA would be in a good position, so would Nintendo. In terms of 1st paty I don't think Sony and Microsoft have enough if it came down to that. With so many systems no one could automaticly assume 3rd party titles would go to any one of them if another system entered the game I think. I could be wrong about this though as it is pretty late.

No i wasn't being sarcastic. You call these games medicore but each and everyone of them sell MILLIONS of copies EACH YEAR.  I don't know how anyone can't see that I am right.

There's nothing in the survey this guy received that even hints at the possibility that EA would make a console.  His speculations are entirely the product of his imagination.

The survey asks a lot of questions about 'What features are important to you in a next-gen console', but that only means that EA wants to know which platforms purchasers of different EA games are likely to adopt.  If game A will sell better on system Q but game B will sell better on system Z, EA would like to know about it.
