E3 is when Xbox makes its comeback

One of the richest companies in the world, after all that bad press this past year, Microsoft will undoubtedly pull out its big guns this E3. They HAVE to. Expect more "wow" moments from Microsofts conference than Sony's. Maybe Shenmue?

Yup, I look for them to come out very strong.

I hate to admit it. E3 is bigger than the Super Bowl for me, and I love American football. It will be hard to sleep tonight.

Historically MS doesn't have strong E3s.....

lol here comes the hate, I personally loved shenmue, sure its outdated but as a kid it was one oh shit moment after another.

I think Microsoft will have a strong lineup of games, arguably better than Sony, but Sony will have a better overall showing with games, PS Now and Morpheus. I only way I see Microsoft mounting a comeback THIS year is if they have a strong showing at E3 WHILE Sony has a mediocre one and I don't see that happening.

I never understood whats so great watching someone else play something... and lets be serious here i bet good percent find the advertising during the superbowl more enjoyable then the actual game itself

Competition is good. Sony threw a strong first punch, now MS is forced to respond. Good for the consumers.

I hear ya dude. And I am a lem to a degree, but the world wide numbers cant be refuted. With PS4 winning in the US it will be hard to outsell PS this gen. Like I said, its all good to me, I always buy both consoles and am really enjoying the Xbox one. But the rest of the world still bought the PS3 more than the 360.

bro, ps4 is only like 2 million units ahead and its out in 50 more countries. the preferred brand is what YOU prefer. and i have a ps4.

Theres nothing wrong with watching others play. Its all entertainment, real or gaming. I put on Twitch streams as I do other things around the house.

Superbowl is entertaining because there is a lot at stake for the participating clubs. Gaming is nowhere close to that.

Then why do I have an X1 and not a PS4? Look at world wide sales figures of the Xbox, 360, PS2, and PS3. Majority of the world buys the PS brand. The 360 did great in US and UK. But the PS4 has been out pacing the X1 this time. I'm just following the marketing trend here.

I'll wait for the next couple NPDs. June though January. To make my prediction.

World Wide Sales seeing a snowball in hell would be more common. Unless China tips the tides. Only the future will tell the whole tale.

Tomorrow is going to blow up in Lems faces. Don't know why they're expecting MS to announce exclusive after exclusive and Sony to show 2 hrs of Destiny footage.

I predict that after this e3, PlayStation will have won the generation, Nintendo will have cancelled the Wii U and focus strictly on its handhelds and licensing out their characters, Microsoft will sell off the Xbox division, and valve along with steam will simply close up shop and dissolve away.

Halo 1-4 for X1, Halo 5 Guardians, Quantum Break, Forza Horizaons 2, Fable Legends, Gears of War, Perfect Dark, Sunset Overdrive, Crackdown 3, Ryse 2, plus all of the huge multiplats and MS's secret huge third party exclusive!!! Meanwhile Sony will have indie, indie, indie, indie, Uncharted 4 CGI, indie, indie, indie, TLoU PS4, indie, indie, indie, The Order 1886, indie, indie,indie, Drive Club, indie, indie, indie!!!!!

At the very least they'll do much better than last year.

I think the big 3 will all have a good E3 this year though.

I dont expect m$ to fail two e3s in a row, theyre going to show some games and pretend they care about exclusive games but I wouldnt be surprised if it is timed exclusives

if they actually have Shenmue as an exclusive that is huge (from a hard core gamer perspective like Beast Souls for PS4) an I think that would even out the line up for them against Sony.

Honestly Shenmue is probably the only game they could have secured that could serve as an equal counter to a title like Project Beasts, and if they have I must give them a hand, that would make things very interesting and make the line up for each that much more important.

Where are all these "Shenmue for Xbox" rumors coming from? If anything, didnt Sony go on record and say they were working to revitalize that series for their platform?
