but look at it now. So why does PS3 need great games early on to succeed? I know it sounds like a dumb question, but can't the PS3 sell well through its brand name and fans? I mean, do you really think it's in big trouble even though it sold more during its launch compared to the 360? I honestly think that Europe will be the deciding factor so if it sells well in Europe, then it will clearly go past the 360 in time. The US market is huge, but it can't save the 360. Oh and I am a 360-only owner, but I'm just trying to talk some sense into you people.Mudig
The dreamcast failed because of PS2 hype and Sega being in Debt. The PS3 is running low on hype right now and they are losing money.

Your theory is flawed, Dreamcast didnt die because it had no games, it died because the company had no money. Â
