Games aside, Sony's biggest system seller this gen is the Bluray player built in to each PS3.getyeryayasout

this is true. it's pretty crazy that the biggest system seller for the ps3 is not even a game.

Gran Turismo

Uncharted

God of War

Kinect is an accessory, if you look at the sales of its software and continuing sales of the hardware they are actually quite low, post-launch.

All in all, this thread is pretty pointless, if TC did his research he would know GT4 sold 15 million on the PS2, which is ofcourse a Sony franchise.

I'm having trouble thinking of one. Nintendo of course has Mario, Mario Kart, Zelda, and all their casual madness like Wii sports. Microsoft has Halo, Gears, and now Kinect.

I think it's a shame seeing all the great first-party exclusives coming out for the PS3 but none of them are selling that well. What are they lacking? What is the highest selling exclsuive on the Playstation?

TigerWars
GT5, no question.

Not really. It was always about 3rd parties making them look good. Once those companies started sharing with other platforms, Sony has lost that advantage.
