Do you think Destiny will come to PC?

If it does come out, then it's on the platform it needs to be, which means I will care about it. If it doesn't then the game doesn't deserve my interest for being on a wrong platform for FPS.

Do I think it will make it to PC? Probably.

It will come to pc and add another 1 million sales to the consoles 12 million sales.

The PS 4 is the best choice if someone wants to spend $400 on a prebuilt gaming machine to play games for the next 5 years.

Considering PS4 come out in 2013 & has barely any good games a year later, i think not

It will come by summer next year and i think it'll be a good port because it'll be their next cash cow

PS 4 has about 50 games with a 75 or higher metascore and it's not a year later yet.

Lot's of high profile games coming in the next 3 months.

Probably ~3 million after counting digital sales. Possibly more if its good. But you are absolutely right, consoles will likely have more sales in this kind of game.

But what should be more important to us as gamers is is if the Gaming-PC version will be superior. It likely will be when we consider nearly all multiplats factually are. 30 fps in this kind of game is simply tragic.

HALF of those PS4 games are low budget, indy, and far too reviews. The remaining 20~ games are better on other systems. Then there is like 2 games worth playing for $400. Many of those scores at MC have very very few user reviews and/or very low critic reviews. Maybe this is why FAR more people own a medium-high end gaming rig than the amount of people with a PS4:

The first one might post-console release, but the sequels are guaranteed to be on PC. Why is this even an issue? The contract Bungie signed with Activision was already leaked and provided this information. The only reason they didn't go with an initial PC launch was due to the first game of the series needing to be released on both current and next gen consoles. The Destiny sequels will all be next gen and PC only.

Ah, nice try but this isn't a platform vs platform game comparison. I'll say straight up that many of those games don't hold as much weight as a aaa budget game but again this isn't a comparison. Just saying that there's plenty to keep a gamer occupied.

Steam is currently showing a mere 7% of steam users having better gpu's than the PS4.

Prove that those with killer rigs aren't more likely to participate in the survey. Prove that steam surveys are indicative of the entire pc gaming community.

If you're going to critique a persons use of the forum you shouldn't just jump into the middle of conversations. If you read from the beginning you would see that robo claimed there were far more pc gamers with PS 4 superior rigs than PS 4 owners. I asked him to prove it and he brings up steam which isn't guaranteed to be accurate. He needs to either prove that steam is accurate or find amd and nvidia sales data which even that may not be conclusive.

Everything comes to pc the latest addition is mgsv. Destiny is a mmo, makes sense to be on pc, activision said it makes sense from a business standpoint...so pc version is pretty much confirmed. Bungie hasnt made a pc game since....wel before they even make halo and even then oni was ported to pc by another studio.

Activision has practically said it will, and it even showed up buried in some Steam code if I recall correctly, so I'd say all signs point to yes. They are pulling a Rockstar... tempting everyone who wants to the PC version to buy it twice.

It will come, that being said I don't think I'll buy it unless its really cheap. I played the beta on the PS4 and was bored to tears with it. Its like Halo with all the fun removed.

If they don't make the progression+character customization interesting... whatever. Stopped caring a while back.

It will. The game will be a whole lot better on the PC. I doubt I pick it up, though.

Bungie has stated before that they would like to see it on pc, but are focused on the console launches for now, and Activision have stated that it is a natural fit, so yeh It will likely come out.

My enthusiasm for it has declined somewhat after the beta, but maybe it simply wass'nt a good representetive of the final product.
