Demo looks and runs great, except for cutscenes where you have drops. But the combat is way behind Bayo2.
Never played Bayo2 but from videos it looks like a revamped version of Bayo1, wich I played and beat on hard. So, in that vain, no. DMC combat from 3 onwards is still better than Bayonetta. Bayonetta is just more accessible but accessibilty =/= better
The problem isnt MS doing it but rather with wich franchise is doing it with. DMC always had a strong connection with PlayStation and the same goes for RE. This is business, sure, but capcom should have known that grabbing such a franchise and promoting it on Xbox would annoy old DMC fans wich supported the franchise on PS consoles
If MS had an exclusivity deal with, say, the next Splinter Cell no one would be annoyed cause the series is heavily connected with the xbox brand

A mere Demo isn't gonna convince anyone DMC5 will be best play on Xbox One and really, it's just a time exclusive anyways and we all know DMC5 will be popular on PS4. Just be graceful Capcom didn't pull a Square Enix on it's fanbase otherwise, they face a huge riot on the streets.

I dont give a rats a** about Street Fighter. If SFV was exclusive to the Xbox I still wouldnt give a rats a**. Tomb Raider annoyed me a bit, yes, but it was because of its full blown exclusivity at the time not because of the marketing deal with MS. If it had a PS4 version but an exclusive demo/marketing deal alone, I wouldnt mind cause I'm not that big of a TR fan. The deal was understandable though, cause PS already had Uncharted. DMC however, is one of my favorite franchises and is heavily connected with the PlayStation brand, so yes, this does annoy me a bit. Not as much as if it was an xbox exclusive (I would riot on the streets if that was the case) but still, yes, a bit

Oh and please stop talking about games being a PS franchises when Sony stole a lot of games that were multiplat and some that were on other platforms way before Sony came along & made them exclusive to the PS. I downloaded the demo just for you and played it a little bit, not bad but ain't no Bayonetta either, here's the pic I took of the main menu enjoy lol.
Ouch, I just got triggered by that comment haha. DMC 3 has great gameplay and all.. But it doesn't come close to bayo and ninja Gaiden black, especially bayo 1 on PC

Its really awkward just how can a japanese company, with franchise heavily linked with ps is having exclusivity deals with competitor. I mean capcom guys probably made the game with ps4 first in mind due to userbase. Still, this means the xbone ver gets very well optimized, a rare thing from japanese dev.

Stop with the racers bullshit, I play way more than just racers you fool, and you couldn't even beat Bayo on climax difficulty or get all the trophies, me on the other hand got all 1000gs and 50/50 achievements including beating it on climax difficulty, so sit down boy as I too know about hack and slash games.

And its not that I couldnt, its just that I didnt want to. The gameplay revolves around the bullet witch time, without it it just wasnt as fun.
Anyway, even if that image is legit, now show me your DMC3 or 4 gamerscore just to know you can actually compare the two
Bayonetta's combat is more accessible to newcomers to the genre. In DMC you actually have to know what you're doing in order to do good, so yeah, thats probably why you think its "better". You just arent as good as you think you are at HnS

While I love the Devil May Cry games, mostly 1, 3, and 4, and am super hyped for 5 I do prefer Bayonetta 1 and 2 and Ninja Gaiden Black and 2 over them myself.
@Vatusus: now thinking about it DMC 5 isn't as high up on my list as I first thought. Im gonna have to replay it... Buts its gonna take a lot to get passed God Hand, bayo and ninja gaiden.. Even wonderful 101. I do remember loving DMC 3 though. Music sucks.
