Here's why we'll still be playing some games at 30fps on the next-gen consoles - and that's not necessarily a bad thing: https://t.co/AH8mWCaE19

Follow by the tweet, Eurogamer goes into more details and also includes Spider-Man PS4 running in 60fps. But to not make this thread longer, I'll list key points:
- 30fps isn't a bad thing...depending on the game itself
- Don't expect every next-gen game to be all 60fps
- Developers will still target raw graphics over better framerates
- It’s not a hardware issue, it’s a developer choice of “we want the best graphics humanly possible and can only achieve that by having the games run at 30fps.”
My take on this. I know the PCMR is gonna dislike me saying this but. It depends on the game to be honest, and if it's a locked 30fps that never dips even in the most stressful chaotic situations its all good and I'm talking about consoles exclusives, not multiplats that comes to PC. If I want bleeding-edge performance and graphics, I'll play on my PC, I'm fine with games on consoles being whatever they need to be to be enjoyable. As long as I'm having fun, I can live with 30fps as long as it stays locked!
