Did you regret getting the 3DS or Vita?

Just curious. Who here is happy they got one or both of them and who here regrets it?

And why?

VITA. More happy than not.

Came for PJD f (it's getting localized digitally) and stayed for PS+ (great rental service!).

Not happy about the rate of software release/types.

If I hadn't gotten the Amazon 2012 BF deal, I'd be more unhappy than not.

Never bothered with handhelds until buying my Vita. Thought I may as well get some use out of some of the games on offer with PS+, and boy am I glad I did. Love my Vita and I use it daily, great purchase as far I'm concerned.

don't regret getting my ps vita, although i did regret getting a 3ds, till pokemon x arrived.

Vita's future does look bleak, as opposed to the 3DS, which is starting to pick up steam.

I regret getting a vita even though i only payed 90 euros for it.I should have saved up for a 3ds.

I regretted getting the 3DS but in a few years that should change. PSP is the best handheld available

I'm not much of a handheld gamer, AT ALL...but I will buy them when I find a use for them either with exclusives and ESPECIALLY when I travel.

I'm just glad I didn't buy a Vita.

Both are amazing. In half a year I got close to 30 good Vita games with PSplus for free or with a few $5-10 deals. There are a lot of short fun and amazing games on there. Great bang for your buck.

3DS is a great system if you have more time to sit down with it. Rich and lengthy experiences. I'm not saying that Vita doesn't have those, but I more likely am playing great long periods of 3DS and a ton of multiple spurts of Vita.

Both amazing for different reasons. I think the only ones that bash Vita never tried or had one or never got PSplus. Get bigger memory for it though.

Yes 2012 was an empty year for the 3DS and after about 6 months in 2013 I traded in my 3DS.

I spent the last few weeks watching all kinds of gameplay videos of games on both handhelds and have settled on getting the 3DS XL in a week or two. I was pretty disappointed to see how crappy the Vita library is. Got 10 games for the 3DS to buy not including the Zelda game that comes with the 3DS XL bundle I am buying.

I bought my 3ds on launch day. I never regretted buying it(like I did my fat DS) and I never thought about selling it. Samurai Warriors Chronicles(my first ever Warriors game) kept me going through most of the first year and pretty frequently ever since. And with games like Batman, Castlevania, Monster Hunter and so on, I doubt I'll ever get bored of it- much less regret buying it.

My vita definitely. Asides from Y's and final fantasy x/x-2(now DELAYED until March), there is nothing to look forward to on the handheld. I haven't bought a game for it since BlazBlue and that was in February.

I would have sold this system months ago, but I don't have the heart to get rid of Dissidia 012 and Persona 4 Golden
