Best graphics for a fighter xbox vs ps2

Dead or Alive 3/Ultimate. Wasn’t close either.

As far as the most impressive, SoulCaliber. Not because of these systems but it's release on Dreamcast.

I think Tekken 5 is the best graphically on the PS2, and DOA3 and Ultimate on xbox. Think the shadows are abit better on Tekken 5.

I loved Tekken Tag Tournament on PS2 but best graphics that gen are probably DOA on Xbox

Most seem to favor DOA3's graphics, but what about soul calibur 3's on ps2?

VF4 and T5 are both fairly close on PS2. You could make a case for either one. I gave VF4 the edge mainly because of its more impressive particle physics.

Almost forgot about Soul Calibur.

What about KOF maximum impact 2 ?

I would say DoA3. Just like many other original Xbox games, it almost looked like an early 7th gen game.

I believe DOA3 was one of those OG Xbox games that could be played in 720P way back in the day. Pretty impressive.

I had an og xb with DOA3 and it looked a generation better than anything I had on my PS2, at the time I'd never seen anything like it.

I played Soul Calibur on the DC and it was good but nothing anywhere close to DOA3.

I remember Virtua Fighter 4 being a jag fest on PS2.

What about VF4 Evolution, it had AA implemented, still think DOA3 is the better looker.
