Best Boss Battles?

I've always hated boss battles, but if anything, I think that Metal Gear Solid has had some amazing and memorable boss battles. The End comes to mind as just an amazing fight where Snake has to use all of the resources he has at his disposal so he could find him, I guess what made it more fun was trying to stamina kill him, or trying to get his cammo as well.

Pokemon Gym Leader battles (the games version of boss battles?) I thought were always fun, albeit challenging, specially when I was little.

I faced the Aigon just last night actually... Bit easy that fight though, coulda made it alooot harder... And having to take out escort ships was just stupid, I'd already done all the damage that was needed to be done on the Aigonchico129

I played on the normal difficulty and it was quite hard for me thanks to the Strigon team on your a** every second. Felt so good to blow the **** ships up though.

Aye, the Strigon team did get on my nerves, but I just flew as far in-front of it, and called in Allied assult on the Striggon members following me as soon as I turned round, seemed to keep them off me well enough, and gave me time to take it down.

lol, when I faced it though, I didn't know how to use the allied attacks until like a week later after I faced the Aiagon. Try beating it without allied attacks

I would have to say Darius Twin had some awesome boss battles.

So did Dead Rising...those psytchopaths were hilarious at times.

I love this thread.

easily Metal Gear IMO

the bosses aren't just fun, they actually have personality and attitude

defeating them has more of an impact on me than the bosses of most other games
