Any rpg's other than Final Fantasy 13 to look forward to?

In the upcoming months, will there be any interesting role-playing games on the consoles? Current gen ones, not on the dominating ps2 that is still getting a better library than say, the ps3?

umm Mass Effect 2 (seeing that you didnt put JRPG) but if your looking for games simillar to FF13 then White Knight story looks promising.

Er, I forgot to mention, no strategy rpg's. And I was hoping for great games that are destined for the AA-AAA type quality...

Dragon Age Origins looks fairly promising.

WKC, End of eternity and maybe Trinity Universe.

Well, Crystal Bearers seems to be on schedule for this year. I assume we may see mistwalkers next project too. FF 13 is next year for NA and EU and I assume that there are some other iteresting smaller projects as well.

As far as PS3 goes, you have right now Demon Souls which an amazing game, you can order it via playasia.com.

Coming games this year (U.S version).

• Tales of Vesperia.
• White Knight Chronicles.

(JP version).

• 6/25/2009 Rorona no Atelier: Arland no Renkinjutsushi, looks great, gameplay and character wise, graphically however is not so good.

As for the 360.

• Lost Odyssey.
• Star Ocean 4.
• Infinite Undiscovery.

Other than that, there are no other good Jrpgs.

If you want good Wrpg, you have Mass Effect for the 360 or for PC.

There are tons coming but...it's Final Fantasy.

Demon's Souls may be getting a NA release announced at E3... If not you can always import the Asian or Korean version, they are in full english. Its the best RPG this gen.

Also, other than no strategy rpg's, I must also say they have to be North American releases. None of this import/export I keep seeing. What do I want with a Japanese-text game? Really now.

And, I'm hoping that these releases are in the near future. Instead of all the lists you guys gave me, you could have just said two words: Just Wait.

I know that by 2011 we'll be getting tons of games and stuff, but I was kind of hoping for... now. Oh well I guess the shooters' reign is still not over, I'll have to come back later won't I?
